Love this place and these nice ladies. I have worked with Jen the most for health coaching for the past 18 months and she has really helped me to make the lifestyle changes I needed to make to address a few different chronic health concerns. In our sessions we talk a lot about health vs. illness and my priorities and she helps me think creatively to solve my problems. I am grateful for her help; for Katherine's great massages, for Donna's wonderful yoga classes, and for Amy's work on my lash liner. Keep up the good work, guys!

My back story is long, however I think it will end now that I've met Christy! I knew the word Acupuncture, I didn't understand what it could do for me. Christy walked me through all the things that might be helped or cured with acupuncture, especially my back issues. I'm not done, nor do I expect to ever be done, but I do know I can sleep through the night in any position, I can raise my arms over my head, the pins and needle feelings in my ankles have ceased and I think I might have grown an inch or 2 simply because I feel so Amazing!! Having a knowledgeable, empathetic and determined person like Christy by your side is something I recommend for everyone. PS - after sessions I've been known to feel giddy almost high, who doesn't love that?

First visit at Jeka- i was greeted by a warm welcome in a beautiful, relaxing waiting area. My first visit was the 75 minute massage w Angela, she was wonderful. Her technique was just what i needed. Her soft gentle voice was relaxing and made me feel at ease. She offered some advice and took care of the areas that i felt needed deep massage. She is amazing. I plan to visit again for another massage as well as the other services at jeka.

I totally recommend Jeka Wellness, and have to everyone I know. The Center provides multiple services, but I have ( so far) only had massages from Katherine and yoga with Donna - both incredible people and experiences. Do not miss out on the wonderful gem that is Jeka!

I had never received a professional massage before. I don't know why I hesitated, the results are amazing. The experience is relaxing and lasts well into the following days. Angela makes you feel welcome and is very professional.

I have been getting a massage from Jeka since they opened. Katherine suggested to me that I should try acupuncture to help with my back and shoulder muscle's which was extremely tight. I do not like shots or needles however I trust Katherine and I tried it. I was skeptical at first and extremely anxious. After my first session my pain level in my shoulders went from an 8 to a 1. My back muscles have loosened to the point that I can enjoy my massages. I would recommend to any one who has sore muscles and need there muscles loosened up to try acupuncture. I am a believer and now go ever 3 weeks for treatment. It works and I recommend to everyone. From a skeptic to a believer. Acupuncture works. Thank you Katherine and dr christy. They are the best.

Absolutely phenomenal services and staff. Dr Christy has been a tremendous help with acupuncture and always available in emergency situations. Donna has made a huge impact in my life with her approaches in yoga. Both Shelley and Jen have fantastic classes in pilates and interval/ mobility training. Hats off to Jeka!

60 minutes of heaven! I look so forward to my massage from Katherine every 1-2 months. I have a long history of neck and back pain and I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders after my massage therapy sessions here. I cannot recommend enough!
