I celebrated my 34th with a spa weekend getaway. It was so incredibly relaxing. I got to experience the many different spa treatments at both spa locations (Middletown/Providence) including the beautiful Himalayan salt cave & the Amethyst crystal cave. I paid for an extra experience of a sound bath, & it was the most emotional, & incredibly spiritual experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this spa 10/10 if you’re ever in Rhode Island (both locations). You will NOT be disappointed. The owner Casey is down to earth, super friendly & all around and humble women who helps to make this wonderful experience that much more wholesome.

This place is dope - great spot to chill at if you're in Newport. I love doing weekly saunas and cyro facials are really fun. They have services you can't find anywhere else plus the staff is super sweet. 10/10

I bought the salt cave session for my husband as a Christmas gift. We drove up, it's located in an old house. The salt room was freezing even with a blanket they provided. 2 of the 4 chairs were heated, but they didn't recline. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. Unimpressed, especially after looking at all the photos.

If you’re looking for a place to relax, you need to check out this place! This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! My fiancé and I enjoyed a 45 minute salt therapy session that we did not want to ever end. Thank you for such a great experience and shout out to McKenzie, she was great!!

Booked a Private Event and it was amazing. Relaxing and chill but still a wonderful eventing of pampering. The salt cave was an amazing spot to chill before the massages and red light therapy. Casey the owner was so welcoming and kind! I’ll be back soon for more red light therapy and to try other services!

Originally went for Salt Spa. Loved it so much I ended up becoming a spa member for discounted services. I've been back for the Fire & Ice and Hydromassager. The added free perks, one being the compression chairs anytime are just the frosting on the cake. What a great place.

Brought my best friend for her birthday first time she ever has been my second. We both had an amazing experience and my bf absolutely loved it! Afterwards she tried the hydro-bed and absolutely loved that too! We had an amazing day highly recommend and definitely will be going back! Thank you Island Wellness for your hospitality! 😊

Island Wellness Middletown is an amazing edition to Aquidneck Island. It’s a holistic hub for all your detox and relaxation needs. Scheduling a service on their website is a breeze and always efficient. Likewise, the owners and staff are knowledgeable and so lovely. My favorite is definitely the infrared sauna! Also be sure to check out their monthly events and workshops. You won’t be disappointed!
