I am sad to have to share this experience but I do want people with blonde hair to be aware of this before they come here. I came in to have my roots done and a few lowlights added. Within 45 mins, a layer of brown/gray/black was added to the top of my light blonde hair (see photo). It took hours at another salon to have this mistake rectified and even still I am finding chunks of dark gray in my hair. The only option given was to come back in to the salon and have it corrected. At this point my hair was so severely damaged that I could not trust this salon to have the knowledge in how to fix it (reasonable). I sent these photos to other salons when looking for someone to help fix. The only salon who doesn't see this as a mistake is sadly Indulge. I have come here a few times for haircuts/manicures, but will no longer. No refund was provided. What was supposed to be an easy touch up ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to correct.

First came here almost 2 years ago for a group event. Everyone was friendly & professional. After that experience, started coming back regularly. Jen & her staff are wonderful! They are very accommodating. reasonable prices & you are not just a client but a friend.

This is my absolute favorite salon to get a gel manicure. The ladies here take their time and it shows in how long my manicure lasts. I can go 3-4 weeks without it chipping. They also have a wide selection of colors and prices are great!! (: Make sure to call ahead to see how long the wait is for an appointment as they can get busy.
