Just got my first haircut by Shayla. A dear friend and her daughter have been clients for years and encouraged me to go. It was everything I expected and more. Shayla not only gave me a great cut, she also educated me regarding the various techniques she was using to achieve specific results. I’ll definitely be returning.

Let me start off on a positive note. This is a very beautiful salon and overall, everyone is very friendly and the place has a very lovely vibe. I have been here two times now, my last time being a few months ago. (I wont be returning based on the fact that I have since moved to a different area, but I truly do wish them the best.) The one thing I noticed is that when I said what color I was looking at doing for dying my hair (I’m a blonde and i wanted to go a little darker)—the stylist nodded and acted like they knew what I wanted and just started mixing the color. There was no firm agreement between us on the color we were going for. And mind you, I went in ten minutes early so we could have plenty of time to straighten all of that out. I think that this salon needs to just take a step back and truly talk with their customers and understand what the customers are looking at doing for their hair. I understand they book appointments before after yours sometimes, but at the end of the day, the focus should be the current client in the chair, not the next one. Like I said, I like the salon’s atmosphere and I credit everyone here for making it an honestly upbeat place. But the hairstylists just truly need to learn to LISTEN to their customers better and get on the same page BEFORE color is applied to the hair.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I got a curly cut that has made such a remarkable difference—I absolutely love it! Additionally, the lash lift and tint, along with the brow lift and tint, were just amazing. I'm completely in love with the results! Thank you for making me feel so special and beautiful!

Just had my hair done tonight for the first time and it was with Lydia. First I’ll start by saying she’s an absolute doll. Very attentive and listened to everything I asked her for and executed it precisely. I’ve been a stylist myself for 18 years and I know a great stylist when I meet one. Amazingly talented and very down to earth and kind. For the first time in a long time I’m in love with my hair and it’s all thanks to her. I met the owner as well whom is was also so kind and down to earth. All the staff were very nice and you feel welcomed from beginning to end. A beautiful salon and friendly and talented staff, there’s nothing more I could ask for. So happy I came here, I have a new stylist!🥰

I got married back in October and I was lucky enough to book with Indigo Salon & Day Spa. The owner, Lori, was very communicative, professional, and friendly. Even though I live in Rhode Island, Lori and her team made things easy. My stylist, Rachelle, was SO wonderful! I wanted Hollywood curls and she absolutely nailed it! My hair looked beautiful and lasted throughout the ceremony and reception. Rachelle is incredibly skilled and also very personable. Like most brides, I had the typical wedding morning jitters. Rachelle's friendly demeanor and sense of humor created a fun and relaxing environment. My bridesmaids absolutely loved her! I highly recommend Rachelle! I wish I still lived in Chelmsford. I'd be a regular at Indigo Salon & Day Spa if I did. Thank you for everything!

I had a horrible hair emergency with a color that went very bad at another salon. I reached out to indigo and spoke to the owner Lori and asked if she could help fix my botched hair color. Lorie not only got me in the next morning, but came in on her day off and when the salon is closed. She worked on me for five hours, and did the most beautiful balayage. Lori is not just an amazing person for doing what she did for me, but she is a true master colorist! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Lori for being so freaking talented!

I just had the 24K Gold facial and it was amazing from start to finish. Kristen explained everything that she was doing. I have not felt this relaxed in a long time and my face is glowing and skin feels amazing.

I just came back after a while of not coming and I don’t know what took me so long! I got a back facial with Olivia and she was so sweet and my experience was so relaxing! Can’t wait to come back for a facial soon
