I used a Groupon voucher for a Swedish massage and body scrub and both were lackluster. The facilities are gross and there’s barely enough room for the massage therapists to move around the table. I arrived 10 minutes early and the receptionist (who was also the massage therapist) told me, “you’re early, but that’s fine, I guess”, and lead me to the rundown room pictured. The massage was uneven, and I felt like she didn’t really know what she was doing. The body scrub took place in the same room on sheets, and I was lead to a tiny shower closet to rinse off. The shower head was dirty and covered in lime, and I’m not sure how frequently they change the shower caps provided. I only went here because of the deal, but I should have read the reviews before I booked.

I had an amazing experience]! I got their signature massage and a facial, and both were absolutely incredible. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I walked in. The massage was just the right balance of pressure and technique, leaving me completely rejuvenated. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. The atmosphere was serene, clean, and perfect for unwinding. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spa to friends and family. Truly a 5-star experience!

I was gifted a Swedish Massage and Body Scrub from a friend. On their website, the Swedish Massage is 50 minutes and the Body Scrub is 40 minutes. That is 1 hour and 30 minutes total for the service. The massage was just ok at the start. I asked for more pressure and the masseuse said that it would cost $50 to add pressure because I did not book a deep tissue massage. I declined her upsell. She then agreed to give me more pressure. Towards the end of the massage, another tech came in unannounced and started to give me a body scrub but the scrubbing crystals were cold and jarring when first applied. The masseuse was still working on my lower body at the same time. At this point her pressure was non existent and she was just rubbing my legs. I started to dislike the experience at this point because it felt rushed. I was tense no longer relaxed. I arrived at the spa at 6:30 pm for a 1 hour and 30 minute experience. When I got back to my car, I checked the time and it was 7:31 pm. Groupon helps businesses to acquire customers and it should be treated a marketing cost to the business not a discount to the customer and reason to give subpar service. Through groupon deals, a business stands to benefit from gaining repeat customers after the first service. Why would I come back and pay full price after this experience?

I’m not coming back. There was a handyman drilling inside the spa and just outside the massage room the whole time. The venue is also not kept up to a standard compatible with their price range. It felt run down. The masseuse was good.

I was not asked to fill out any form about my preferences or focus areas before the massage. I also did not meet the masseuse before the massage started, which I have done with every other massage I've had. Additionally, the masseuse focused mostly on my back, and when she flipped me over, the rest of the massage felt very rushed (~10 mins). I thankfully did not get a facial because many products were labeled with TJ Max price tags. Good price, but I won't be going back and do not recommend.

This message place was amazing, love that I felt comfortable and the massage was worth every minute. The service was great and I felt like my body was brand new. The customer service after was good great conversation with the lady at the front desk while I waited on my ride. Offer me water after my massage. All around great!

Had the worst massage of my life.. I put lotion on my body with more pressure than that. The massage therapist was clearly not trained for massages. The hygiene of the place is very questionable. Don’t go! I have never ever not paid a tip.. after thinking through, I decided not to tip.. the worst service I have ever received.. I’m not exaggerating here.

I got a 60 min massage and it was a better Thai massage than I got in Thailand! I have scoliosis and get a lot of massages, this is probably the best one I’ve gotten in the DMV area. Worth checking out! The sign up online is a little wonky but once you go there and get the massage, you’ll be able to book directly with the girls. I recommend Hannah!
