Truly a unique experience - you can control 🎛️ the routine, pressure, and even the music 🎵 playing with an easy-to-use tablet. 📲 Make sure to stop by the changing 🚼 room for a quick sauna ♨️ and enjoyable shower! 🚿 The staff is super friendly, professional, and welcoming! 🤗 I wish I came here more often!

I had an amazing experience at Ila Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the staff were welcoming and professional. I enjoyed several of their unique treatments, including the robo massage, red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber, and the sauna/steam room, which were all fantastic. The gym facilities are also excellent. The therapist was skilled, and the natural oils used during my treatment were heavenly. The spa itself is beautifully designed, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience!

Great facility! Started with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber to increase healing. Then I had a 120 Min. Deep Tissue Massage. After my massage I added on the 30 min. PEMF Red Light Bed 100% recommend adding this on after any service the best $75 you will ever spend! After I relaxed in the waiting area and enjoyed light snacks. Then I went to the women's lounge and enjoyed the dry sauna and steam room. The facility was newly renovated and very clean. Can not wait to return.

What an amazing experience! After a quick trip to New York we were exhausted from all the places we’ve had to visit and we need to recharge our batteries. This oasis in the city is perfectly located with amazing views of saint Patrick’s cathedral! We did a couples massage and all I can say is thank you! All the equipment is top quality and the ambiance is so relaxing 🤍

Absolutely loved my visit to the Ila Only Spa today! I feel completely rejuvenated after experiencing the unique technologies available such as red light therapy bed, electro recovery bed, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, steam and saunas with the gorgeous NYC view. Highly recommend visiting with friends for an incredible day! Already looking forward to my next visit ✨

One of the highlights of my stay at the Palace was this fitness center and wellness spa. Gen Katano completely reset my body, mind, and soul. The gym has everything you need with a great stretching area. Gen is magical and uses multiple tools to work on the body. We used compression therapy, full body red light therapy, oxygen therapy, Theragun, a heating and massage mask for the face … the list goes on. The spa has AMAZING estheticians and even a robot massage machine. One of the rooms is set up for couples massages and has a sauna + gorgeous view of St. Patrick’s. The ladies locker room has sauna and steam room + showers etc. 11/10 recommend visiting.
