Lovely little place and well priced! Had a group of 8 multiple times now and it's just a great relaxing vibe. I'm always surprised how fast two hours can go by here. Never feels like enough time. Highly recommend this gem in cap hill.

Hot House Spa was a relaxing get away within a busy part of Seattle. Private bookings let you enjoy the spa and fully relax without others around. Hot House was extremely clean and private. Towels, water, and music available. Lockers allow you to lock away your items. Includes a relaxation area, steam sauna, dry sauna, hot tub, and very cold shower to cool down so you can repeat the cycle. We did a 2 hour session and it didn't feel too long. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing my daughter hooked me Up for my birthday and I loved every minute I’ll be back clean, relaxing great customer service. I used it all. I only sat on the yoga mats for a bit but I did that too. Hot tub was amazing, steam room, sauna I even did the cold shower it may sound wild but don’t miss out. It was so good after the Sauna it used it twice. Treat yourself. Didn’t take any photos but I’ll be back 6 stars

This place was perfect. 3 of us rented this out after a backpacking trip. We were able to clean up and relax before we had to get on a flight back home. The whole place was incredibly clean, the music was nice and the staff was attentive while also being unseen during our visit. The sauna, steam room and hot tub were at a perfect temperature and I loved to use the cold shower. The price was fair and I will come back again when I am in the area.

As a traveler, finding a private steam room/hot tub is always tough. This was an AMAZING find!! I will be back and sharing with fellow travelers. The attendant was amazing, caring, and attentive.

Tucked away from the city's chaos, this spa is impeccably clean & has a very relaxing atmosphere! My friend and I booked a private session which allowed us the freedom to enjoy the facilities in complete privacy. The rest area, showers, hot tub, steam room and sauna were all immaculately clean and very well taken care of. I really liked the eucalyptus & lavender essential oils used in the steam room. It's clear why this place has been around for so long, they do a great job and the service is fantastic.

My wife and I booked a private reservation and loved the experience. The ability to use the space without others enhances the already relaxing atmosphere. The place was clean and very welcoming. I believe we met the owner who was professional. They explained everything and then left us alone to enjoy the facility. We will be going back for sure.

My partner and I came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. Such a reasonable price for the level of luxury and comfort you receive. The facility is spotless, the customer service was so kind, and the experience was perfect. So happy to support this amazing lil gem of a business! We will be back.
