No one needs to know that!!! 🤫 Michelle, the owner, is so warm and welcoming that I so look forward to my appointments. 🥰 Great place and talent!! Just what I’m looking for in stylists!!!

Not only was I rarely ever listened to while describing the haircut I was looking for, but recently I had tried to schedule an appointment for someone with matted hair that needed a shave… I was talked into a ‘next day early appointment’ even though I had requested something late in the day so it would be the last appointment of the day the following week. In the morning while I was drinking my coffee, I finally open my phone to check emails before starting the day, and there’s a text from the hairdresser that was received at 5:15am that morning advising me to confirm or be cancelled and “dumped as a client.” I had just made the appointment the night before! Then, 50 minutes before the appointment time another text cancelling the appointment and dumping me as a client. Shady and shameful practices!!!

Michelle is awesome. She cut my hair and my kids. She listened and looked over different hair style pictures with all of us. Michelle knows hair and what looks good on different faces. I love how she takes the time with each kid.
