I spent a week-long Pancha Karma (multiple sessions aimed at easing specific issues) with Paige and it was beyond amazing! In advance of the week, she sent me an extensive questionnaire to assess my symptoms and goals. She used the information to recommend which treatments would be the most beneficial and we met to discuss and agree to the plan. The week of my sessions was the best! She is extremely knowledgeable in the medicinal properties of herbs and mixed them specifically to benefit my needs. I spend most days in front of a computer so each day of my treatment began with red light therapy. It was followed by a message with warm herb infused oil that was simultaneously invigorating and relaxing. The message was followed by 45 minutes in the infrared sauna and then a second treatment. The second treatment of the day varied. One day it was an amazing facial with an herbed mask that she had mixed that morning specifically for me. Another day an incredibly soothing treatment to clear your mind where warm, spiced oil is dripped onto your forehead for an hour while you meditate. There were two treatments for my sinus', a treatment for my colon as well as a different form of message with heated herbed compresses. We ended every day with a session using three of her Energy Tech Therapies: the BioMat, the Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy and the Molecular Hydrogen. The word that comes to mind to express how I felt after a week with Paige and her treatments is: JOY! I arrived exhausted, in pain and overwhelmed. At the end of the week I was sleeping better, feeling rejuvenated and had a greater clarity around prioritizing my health. The facility is lovely and inviting. Paige is professional and extremely knowledgeable, while also friendly and wonderfully accessible. I would highly recommend Paige to anyone seeking a holistic healing experience or just wishing to be pampered! She is amazing!

Paige is fantastic! I saw her for stress related problems and she did incredible work. I was very pleased with the experience and the outcome. I would highly recommend giving her a chance if you want to to try the holistic approach to healing. She is very knowledgeable and professional. A wonderful experience all around.

The experience of Shirodhara with Paige was good. I did get what I wanted which is to relax! Paige is a very nice person and expert in Ayurveda. Please note that you might wish to wash the oil off. I have long hair and the oil was dripping for a couple of hours onto my clothes. At the same time I didn't wash my hair as I am aware of the prolonged effects oil provides. I was not prepared for that.

I went to HolisTech after learning about getting a blueprint for my specific body-type or Dosha. In the reading, Paige discovered things that I had not divulged to anyone that were showing up in my body. This past year I started a healing journey for the soul, and I wanted to add in the aspects like diet and exercise that also help you heal at a holistic level. Besides yoga, this was my first experience with Ayurvedic practices, but I was amazed with the blueprint reading. Paige then invited me to a Heart Alchemy retreat that she was hosting that she felt I would benefit from as well. I attend and although the principals were new to me, I gleaned a lot from it as well. One thing in particular that I noticed changed immediately was that my creativity came back to me. I had felt so blocked and this course opened something in me that enabled me to be creative again and think outside the box. It’s still a work in progress, but my creativity was so blocked before I took that course and afterwards I noted that the flood gates to my creativity opened.

I’ve been working with Paige and Chris for almost a year now. I came in after having come out of a traumatic relationship, and they both have known all the physical impact that had on me. They have both listened with kindness and empathy and have chosen treatments to help me bring my body/hormones back to a steady state. I can’t speak highly enough on my experience with Holistech! Highly recommend!

I have had a wonderful experience with HolisTech over the past few weeks! Paige is awesome to work with and she is extremely knowledgeable about ayurvedic practices. She has an innate drive to help others and deeply believes in what she does through ayurvedic healing. I have felt supported and affirmed as I have begun my journey with HolisTech. I had an Ayurvedic facial with Paige and it was the most lovely experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and the products she used on my face smelled amazing. I will definitely be returning!
