Not good. There was no bed warmer and I was cold the whole time. The sheets were not soft, basically paper thin. The masseuse put on wayyyyy too much oil, so much so that when she massage me you could hear the oil sound on my back. Also her pressure levels were either very light or painful, no in between. Halfway through my massage while my entire back and lower buttock was exposed, a man came in to talk to me about which appointment I had made and how long I booked. Shouldn’t they have done that before hand?? I was nearly naked on the table. I also requested a full body 60 min regular massage and she did not touch my front thighs or pec area at all. Throughout the massage I could also hear some sort of EDM music through the wall. Again, I was cold the entire time. Will not come back.

Great experience with a deep tissue massage. Took my partner there for their first massage and they loved it. Left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff was very kind and friendly. Routinely checked to make sure everything was okay.

My massage therapist was strong which I wanted, and went deep without asking. So let them know if you want them to be more gentle. Overall my experience was very relaxing and profession.

I can't even express how happy I am to have finally come here! My mom hasn't stopped raving about Holiday since she first tried it out & brought me for a mother daughter date. This was the best massage I've ever had & I've experienced massages in 3 different countries with over 10 being in the U.S. This is by far the BEST! We have been getting massages together for over 10 years now. We've finally found ~the place~

One star because no options for 0 star, no parking available, let me begging that I went with my wife and both are sore and injured after the massage that we had on Saturday, also the place didn't had air conditioning, it smells, the customer waiting area was occupied by a kid with his cellphone no place to sit, the lady in the front desk has no customer service skills, she was rude for only wanting to show the reservation that we had in the phone, the lady that did the massage to my wife hurt her because was too hard on her and the other massage lady burned me on my back with the massage rocks, they were too hot. This place really needs to improve a lot and I mean seriously a lot. The customer always wants for what they pay an excellent customer service and excellent experience. If you want a better review please don't try to convince me with 1/2 price for next visit, I already paid full price and the service was worse than awful. You have to show far and beyond better customer service and skills if you really want a better review, at least for what I already paid for the same or better services and that's customer service 101, in business marketing, administration and management.

My husband and I received a couples massage for 60 minutes and it was the best massage I’d ever had! The staff was so kind and friendly and really made you feel relaxed. I had Alyssa massage me, and she was very good at asking whether the pressure was okay. She worked through all my problematic areas and even stretched me at the end. We had an absolutely wonderful time and I couldn’t recommend it more. I wish we weren’t visitors so that we could attend this place more regularly!
