I didn’t relaxation package and it was phenomenal! It was incredibly relaxing and my scalp feels the best it has ever felt! My hair is also so soft now! Tay took such good care of me and made me feel so comfortable!

I honestly was so excited for this- felt really rushed I paid for the deluxe treatment and I could just feel the person who was doing it did not want to be there - she didn’t even introduce herself. I felt so awkward and couldn’t even tell her- she asked me zero questions and told me nothing during the treatment - didn’t even ask if the water was too hot I’m sorry If it sounds like I’m being picky but I paid 310 dollars for this- I really wanted to feel relaxed but couldn’t because of how put off she was by me… I am disappointed in my experience. I have been to a lot of massages and never have had someone not introduce themselves or be kind. So shocked and disappointed.

Madi gave me The RelaxationTreatment package. She is so amazing and professional, I didn’t want it to end. I was feeling so refreshed, relaxed and love the softness and shine my hair continues to have. Madi is terrific and so is Holi Head Spa!!! Can’t wait to go back.

The holy grail of shampooing! My scalp has never felt so much love. From all the massages to the oils to the deep conditioning. Highly recommend if you’re wanting relaxation
