HOF Salon - Haus of Flint Salon

My wife saw Dallen at House of Flint Salon (aka HOF Salon), and we are very pleased with the end result as well as the experience! Dallen takes great care in his process and uses high quality products, it’s clear that he loves what he does and possesses a lot of experience & the skills coming with that. He also wants to ensure, before beginning, you are comfortable and everyone is clear about the goals for the day. My wife has long hair, down to her butt, so the process and product for coloring is not cheap or easy. Dallen did not flinch! Dallen is highly recommended and I will be going there for my own hair styling!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the moment I walked into this salon, I had a feeling of being welcomed. The receptionist was incredibly kind and made me the most wonderful coffee. The atmosphere at this salon is wonderful! I’m particularly a fan of the chairs and the stations being a bit private with side walls. Now let’s get to the best part - Lemon! They make you feel comfortable the second you walk in. We chatted about what I was looking for in my hair, and Lemon will give you so many options, ideas, as well as reality of what can be achieved. They know their stuff and have so much knowledge - I was impressed! I’ve struggled at past salons, but not here. Lemon was fantastic. Listened, shared knowledge, walks you through what they are doing along the way. Seriously, I just can’t say enough positive things about this entire experience. And to top it off, Lemon is just a fun and welcoming person!!

I met Anika at a concert and she quickly became my new hairstylist. I always leave our appointments feeling like a MILLION bucks!!! Highly recommend her for both perms and cuts! Worth every penny.

I went in yesterday to get my haircut by Lemon, and they did a phenomenal job! I am also a cosmetologist, so I tend to be picky about who I let touch my hair. I went to high school with Lemon, and I have followed along with their hair journey and have always been super impressed by their work so I decided to book my appointment. My hair used to be platinum blonde and was very damaged, and I have spent a lot of time and effort to nurse it back to health. I had curtain bangs previously that I have let grow back out while trying to maintain some level of face framing (my before picture is the third one), and it had finally gotten long enough that I wanted to get it cut and add some layers throughout the rest of my hair. My goal was to keep the face framing long enough to still be able to be pulled up into a ponytail while giving it some more shape and movement. This was my first time visiting HOF, and once I arrived I was immediately greeted by very friendly front desk staff and offered a bottle of water before being escorted back to Lemon’s station. We had a brief but thorough consultation about what I was looking for, and then I was taken to have my hair washed by Lemon’s lovely assistant Andrea. I was recommended a hair treatment to seal my color and split ends, and it was well worth it! My hair felt soft and silky straight out of the bowl, and I was then taken back to the station to begin my cut. Lemon was amazing, from start to finish I felt welcomed and like my hair goal was their priority. I left the salon extremely happy with the outcome and ten times more confident than I felt walking in. I would recommend Lemon and HOF to anyone looking for a good haircut and quality service. HOF Salon has THE vibes! The moment you walk in, you can count on it being a welcoming, respectful, safe space. Lemon is my person, and I LOVE the work they do! You may come in as a customer, but in the seat, you are a friend, and they will make sure you feel welcome. It's so important to read their terms of service because they will work with you on what you want while being real with you in what's achievable and what's not. I was the crazy person who went from red to blue, and they made the magic happen despite the big change from warm colors to cold colors. They know what they're doing! I've been going here for years and I can't recommend them enough!

Lemon did an amazing job with my bangs, adding the perfect red shade, and gave me a great haircut too! She really knows what she's doing and made the whole experience super easy and fun. Highly recommend!

Following my move from the East Coast, I came across Haus of Flint Salon and was thoroughly impressed by the professional and inviting atmosphere. After a string of less-than-ideal experiences at other local salons, it was a relief to find a place where the staff truly love what they do and value customer satisfaction. The team at HoF is not only truly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and attentive to individual needs. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in capable hands with Dallan. I left with a fantastic hairstyle and a renewed faith in local salons. I love this salon! I was put on to this salon through a friend and it has never disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm, and the staff are incredibly kind. I’ve been going to Lemon for almost a year now and I absolutely love the work that they do. They are attentive to needs and are realistic about what your options are when trying new styles or specific hair shapes. I always leave feeling confident and comfortable and would give them more stars if I could <3
