I’ve been to the Frisco location a few times so I expected the same quality service when I arrive.I give it a 4/5. Reason being is I don’t think the quality was the best it could have been- for example the Frisco location was fully stocked with hair ties, hair brushes and products, when I was done with my service almost all of the products were empty- it was also only 10:00am so I find it hard to believe they were already empty? It just doesn’t seem like they have the same high quality/ top service. I enjoyed the Facial I received. It was amazing and I have no negative feedback about my facial! I would go back but prefer the Frisco location.

Jennifer did a PHENOMENAL job on this freshly postpartum mom. I was so excited to do the signature massage after having my baby 2 weeks ago. She was so accommodating and kind. From start to finish made the experience incredible. I love the robes and slippers they have you change into while you relax in their quiet waiting room with infused water and tea. The massage itself was perfect and everything I needed. I will definitely be back!

UPDATE: Tanya reached out to be right away and offered the gift card promotion. I went in the next day and picked it up along with a couple complimentary items. Thank you for making this right and helping us get our friend some much needed spa time!!! This one-star review is based purely on my service experience. I wanted to gift a spa day to a good friend of mine whose birthday happens to be on Christmas. After researching, I landed on Hiatus Day Spa, as they were advertising a $250 gift card for $199. I went out to the spa that Sunday to buy the gift certificate, only to be told the promotion had expired two days prior. The framed advertisement of this promotion was still on display and when I inquired why, I was told the promotion would begin again on December 22. No problem, right? Well today is December 22, and I am without a gift card for my friend. When I arrived today, I was told the promotion ended yesterday. The same girl who advised me the promotion would begin today was now telling me I was a day late. She apologized, then proceeded to offer me a package for $70 more dollars. I declined and decided to spend my money elsewhere. I cannot with good faith, recommend this business, as they either did not want to do business with me or have failed to train their employees, which is also unacceptable. Hopefully their communication on promotions will improve for future guests, but I will not be one of them.

I am posting this review on google specifically because I don’t have a problem with the services from the masseuses themselves - they are typically great. I have a problem with the 1) uninformed and unhelpful customer service at their front desk, 2) management at this particular location, and 3) moldy amenities. I’m a monthly subscribing member for $89 and will be cancelling soon as at this price point, I’m tired of being disappointed every time I leave. Last month, I parked out front and asked them if they validate parking out front in the street, and they said yes, of course! I get out of my massage and have a parking ticket. I walk back inside to a different front desk person and she simply apologized, didn’t offer any remedy when I said the last front desk lady said this parking would be validated. Yes, I now know street parking must be paid for and won’t be validated, but when I ask the front desk to confirm, and they tell me I’m good and I trust the person who works there, that’s a problem. That was strike #1. I came back a month later, ready to have a good experience. My mom and I scheduled a regular massage, but then saw they were running a special for an upgrade. I called and asked if we could take advantage of this massage special on our Saturday appointment, and they once again said yes, of course! We get there, and I requested to pay upfront because every time I pay at the end of service, it takes 5 minutes to check out and is a pain if you have a gift card since they don’t load them onto your account. The front desk person tells me my total and I say that doesn’t seem right, we asked to switch to the massage special and the front desk said they could accommodate. Nothing was offered to remedy the problem other than an apology and a blank stare. I would have even switched back to my regular massage I originally had scheduled, but that wasn’t offered and I was so flustered I didn’t ask for it. It wasn’t until my mom commented at the beginning and end of service (after a rather disappointing $130 massage for her) that a discount was offered for our next service, if we do indeed return. Finally, the bathrooms in the women’s locker room reek of mold. It’s like this every time I’ve been there and doesn’t seem to be a problem they are concerned with. I’m tired of spending $100+ dollars per visit and not having an actual relaxing experience.

I got the Comeback massage with Nina on Jan. 11 and she did a fantastic job as far as technique. One of the concerns I had was that the relaxing music cut off right at the beginning and didn’t turn back on until the last 5 minutes. I was able to hear people in the hall and in the room next door and it was not relaxing at all. I mentioned this to Nina and she just said it must have been an issue with the front desk but didn't do anything to fix it. In addition, I was confused because I paid extra for a head massage thinking that it would be added after my 60 minute massage, but i was out of the room in a little less than 60 minutes. This was my main concern and didn't seem right to me. I would have hoped to have gotten the full 60 minutes massage and then the head massage on top of this. I think there needs to be further clarification on this especially if you are paying extra! If I had known I would have been shorted massage time in order to get the scalp massage I would have passed and saved the $10. In addition the bathroom was out of supplies such as hair ties, brushes, etc. Luckily I had a gift certificate to pay for this service because I would not be happy to spend my own money and receive the experience that I did. If you go, I would make sure you clarify that you are getting the full time for your massage plus any add ons. Nobody likes to feel like they aren't getting their moneys worth.

Phenomenal!!! Had the most incredible afternoon of pampering with Logan, my best facial ever and body wrap were exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and gave me so many scent options, everything was perfection… the only negative was that it eventually had to end. I signed up for their membership and cannot wait to come back. Treat yourself folks! I’ve been fortunate enough to have lots of spa treatments over the years at various places but Hiatus does it right!!! Logan has the best bedside manner and was a delight, she is a gem! Thank you Hiatus!!!

I came here for a pedicure and massage. The massage was nice. The pedicure was not worth the price. They barley soak your feet/get them wet and then my feet were cold the rest of the time and she barley massaged my legs. I would’ve rather spent $70 at a basic nail salon and gotten a full treatment and not had my feet freezing. I did request hot stones for my massage but the masseuse did schedule our time well enough and I did not get them which was fine since I did book a shorter massage time but I believe he was running slightly behind and I didn’t actually get a 45 minute massage. Overall I think I would come back for a massage or try some of their other services but I would not recommend them for nail/pedicure

Great pricing and great results! I did Dysport and it worked as intended. The RN answered all my questions and didn't make me feel silly about what I asked. Will definitely be visiting again!
