Jennifer did AMAZING! She has such light hands and massages amazing. The music and ambiance while getting massaged was amazing. I got one of their Royal packages and they did not disappoint. The staff was also very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone if you want to come relax and de-stress from the day to day! My hair is feeling so soft 😍

My sister recommended me to come here and I’m so happy I did! My cosmologist Tiffany was super outgoing and attentive. She noticed some knots in my shoulders and ensured to massage that area with care.

Great customer service and services. One in our group is a licensed cosmetologist and she commented that they used high quality products; I have sensitive skin and was fine the whole time. Fair prices and felt good supporting a small local business instead of a larger one. Super relaxing and fair prices.

I was in town for a conference and had a gap in my day—plus I suffer from migraines—so I decided to treat myself to some much-needed relaxation. I’m so glad I chose this place! I booked the HL Royal package and had the pleasure of being treated by Christen, who was amazing. She focused on my head, neck, shoulders, arms, and even my feet, and I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. If you’re looking for a deeply relaxing experience that truly helps melt away tension, I highly recommend this place. The HL Royal package is worth every minute.

It was amazing! This is my second time here and I can honestly say I will be coming back as much as possible. Not only are you relaxed by the ambiance but, the massage is so thorough and your hair feels amazing at the end! Definitely a great place to have a self care day. Can’t wait to come back! 🫶

I went to Hi-Lite headspa to visit a couple months ago and I am finally coming around to writing a review. The overall service itself was good and wasn’t the issue, however the younger receptionist at the front was extremely rude and it ruined my relaxing service. Upon arrival, I asked if I needed to remove my contacts just in case water got into my eyes as I have never received this type of service before, she proceeded to tell me “Well not if you close your eyes.” Which already threw me off but i did end up getting water in my eyes so I am glad I removed them regardless of her comment. After the service I went back to the desk to pay. While booking on the website I had to put a card on file, so I asked if they would be using the card on file to charge or if they needed me to use my physical card. Her response was to say “No…you have to pay..” in an extremely condescending tone that caused everyone in the waiting room to notice, and the woman doing my service heard this and proceeded to stand in front of the door, which felt extremely racially motivated and made me uncomfortable. I proceeded to ask again and basically just said do you need my physical card or do you guys charge it automatically to the one saved on file. And then she just told me to use the physical one, so I’m not really understanding why the random comment was needed. Although the service was good the entire experience was not worth it for me.

My experience at Hi-Lite Hair Salon was truly relaxing and rejuvenating! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The stylist delivered flawless results. The calming atmosphere and attention to detail created the perfect self-care escape. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and confident. Highly recommend!
