I have been a customer here for about a year and I continue to be so uplifted when I visit. I see Joy, who is so kind spirited and focused on delivering a great experience. She consistently makes sure my concerns are heard, and provides product and treatment feedback with a detailed explanation of each. Ariel and Hannah are also so attentive when checking out, always ensuring I understand costs and providing their feedback of services and products. Every time I visit I am so happy to be surrounded by such positivity from the entire heyday team.

Yesterday, I had a wonderful visit with Talia, who was on her way to receive her wings. She took great care of me, educating me about the products she was applying to my face. We focused on adding moisture to my face and clearing the gunk from my nose area. I must say, I am extremely pleased with the results. Talia did an excellent job, and I will definitely be returning to her for future services.

I had the pleasure of visiting Natalia, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach made the entire visit an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. She has an incredible ability to understand exactly what her clients need, offering expert advice and delivering outstanding results. The treatment was not only relaxing but also left my skin glowing and refreshed. It’s clear that she is truly passionate about her work, and her dedication shines through in every step of the process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality beauty services. I will definitely be coming back!

I walked by Heyday several times and finally decided to book a session. I was never a regular facial person as I thought they were too expensive. Well Heyday is the solution - they offer fabulous facials and if you become a member - you get a great price and a facial once a month. My skincare routine has become a priority and Heyday delivers. I notice a difference. The shop is clean, welcoming, friendly and my esthetician Joy is fabulous. She knows what to recommend to help me stay glowing. Making the decision to join Heyday has been one of the best decisions I've made!

I had my first HeyDay facial here with Mercedes and she was absolutely incredible. She not only made the experience super relaxing and peaceful but she also was very knowledgeable about everything skincare and gave me a brand new routine to use for my skin type (combo dry and oily). She never once was overly sales-y and made such wonderful recommendations that weren’t insanely expensive. Will definitely be coming back. ❤️

My best-not-so-kept skin secret is frequent facials with Mercedes. She’s spectacular 🙂 thorough, thoughtful, and kind - never tries to upsell and really wants what’s best for your skin and routine. And the Front desk team are really nice and welcoming !

(4 stars because Terri is amazing, minus 1 because Im not too sold on HeyDay UNLESS you go and see Terri) I am so glad Terri is back because she is literally the best! After Lauren’s departure, Terri is the reason I stayed with HeyDay as long as I did. My first facial at HeyDay was disappointing, and I almost canceled my membership until I was referred to Terri. Her expertise and attention to detail completely changed my experience. When Terri went on medical leave, I thought I’d have to find a new place until I met Lauren – also AMAZING. But when Lauren left before Terri returned, I had to end my membership and follow the esthetician. I now have two vouchers from canceling my membership, and of course, I'm using them on Terri. She’s truly an expert at what she does. If she had been around when Lauren left, I would have stayed a member, but I can’t keep bouncing between memberships. Currently, I’m still with Lauren, but I have to say, Terri is top-tier. The difference with Terri is undeniable. My previous facials at HeyDay felt like a slight step above a basic spa facial, but Terri’s approach is on a whole other level. She provides an elevated, knowledgeable experience that feels more like visiting a dermatologist. She knows exactly what she’s doing—no training wheels needed. If you’re looking for a next-level facial experience at HeyDay, Terri is the one to see. Highly recommend! I would recommend people to TERRI only. Not so much HeyDay if I am being honest.
