Roxy really took care of me! First time customer, first time getting the works facial and Roxy really took the time to ask me questions about my skin, my routine, my goals and walked me through each step of the process. After trying different facial spas and facial aestheticians in the area, Sara Wald of Heidi Lane Esthetics continues to earn my highest trust and repeat business. Sara 'wrote the book' on excellent client service; she's always warmly accommodating of special requests and easy to communicate with. She is notably efficient in her state-of-the-art training and decades of experience in the beauty industry. I have NEVER experienced a more gentle yet effective set of techniques, especially in dermablading and the other various steps involved, making for a grounding and relaxation-inducing facial (deluxe and more basic ones). I can barely feel the tweezers! Sara's skills are of the type you would expect to see in the most top-tier spas in the world. And we are so lucky she works in Boise, of all places! Morever, Sara is a really sweet soul and a devoted mother, and with whom I much enjoy chatting. She never complains if I embarrassingly snore while I'm dozing during the foot massage portion of the deluxe facial. LOL. Prices at Heidi Lane are on par with similar spas. I find that the large breadth of services offered for various skin-care and body beauty needs and levels of budgets, plenty of aestheticians, massage therapists, etc, and the more natural/organic-ingredient product lines, go nicely with my Eastern-infused health-minded lifestyle. Both locations have a modern boho vibe, and are cozily-appointed in the treatment rooms and waiting areas. All staff have been pleasant over the last 6 or 7 years that I've been a client. Sometimes booking online is tricky in that I have to log in a few times during booking and repeat some steps. It's a minor issue, and not a roadblock for me, as I'm inured to technological gaffes with various databases at work and in my personal life. But you can also book with your aesthetician by phone call, text, and in-person after your appointment. I've found that street parking at or within a block of the Jefferson St. location is mostly plentiful on weekends and even weekdays, even during nearby downtown building construction times. Do pay close attention to the parking signs, slow down, and look out for bicyclists.
