Was in town visiting; even during the busy Christmas season they were able to get me in for one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten in a while. Friendly staff, clean, attention to detail. They gave me a punch card AND a free cuticle oil as a Christmas gift! This customer service is something you don’t see every day. Highly recommend.

Average and hit or miss. Good pricing, beautiful nail art. Know exactly what you want before going in and be very specific. July 9, pics 1-2: Color change on acrylics from different salon; liked the color July 27, pic 3: New set + color change; thick but wasn’t bothered by it. Matte top coat started peeling a few days in. I did not care enough to get them fixed; overall fine with nails August 6, pic 4: color change; polish on one thumb bubbled and came off same day, even though I made sure to angle my thumb properly in the UV light thing (as instructed); they fixed it for me the following day free of charge (I paid anyway for their time cuz that seemed fair); overall happy with the nails August 17, pic 5+: Full set off because it was time to remove them for nail health reasons. Had a confirmed booking for removal and green tea manicure. Arrived and was told they don’t have the items for green tea manicure, would a regular one be ok. I said sure. Acrylics got filed off a a bit, leaving a thinner layer of acrylic on the nail bed and then the tech moved on to another customer. Acrylics are usually filed and then soaked off, so I figured they were just trying to manage customers. I waited a few minutes. They were confused and after a few minutes asked if I needed anything else. I said I was just waiting for the rest of the acrylic to be removed. They informed me to take all the acrylic off the nail would need to be cut (originally I had asked to keep the length, not knowing that meant I would have to keep some acrylic on to prevent nail breakage). I said sure, my priority was getting the acrylics off. Nail tech started getting the dremel out again, so I asked how they usually take off acrylics. They said file or soak, so I requested a soak (because nail health…). Soaked for a bit, then they did more filing. They stopped, said the acrylic was all gone (it was not), and went on to other customers. I paid and left. Headed to CVS to finish the job at home (remove the remaining patches of acrylic, neaten my fingernails and cuticles). Price for removal seemed fair—$15+tip.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the nail service I received at this salon today. The nail shape was not what I asked for and the quality was not great. I hope the salon will take steps to improve their services, but for now, I would not recommend them to others.

I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had issues until recently. I requested a basic gel and one tip so nothing fancy. The color was beautiful but my nails weren’t filed correctly and the shape was off. The one tip was not placed correctly and it looks weird. The nail tech also cut off the edge from my natural nail and now it broke off completely and it was very painful to deal with. I don’t even know why she did that. I understand they were understaffed and the nail tech tried her best but I would rather for her to not book me an appointment then to ruin my nails. I hope they work on their scheduling and be more consistent but I won’t be back there for a while.

I have been coming here for years and I’ve never had a problem with any of the nail techs messing up my fingernails. I’ve had multiple pedicures never had a problem with those so everybody that saying that poor quality this that and another I think you have it in your head wrong Because they’ve always done the top of the line for anybody I’ve seen all into the shop

If you’re looking for great quality, professionalism, genuine, humble, friendly nail techs…. Let me tell you Heavenly Nails is the BEST! Staff is so very welcoming, they appreciate you as a customer! The staff engages in conversations with you and others in your party. Kristen (owner) is AMAZING! I have been going to Heavenly for about a year now. Not once have I been disappointed in their work. The one thing that I really appreciate is the staff are GENTLE with your nails. They don’t tear my cuticles with their tools. I’ve never left with sore fingers. 🙌🏽… overall I can’t give more than 5 ⭐️ unfortunately… they deserve 10⭐️ Thank you Kristen, and Staff! You’re all so good at what you do!

I really love visiting heavenly beauty but when I visited recently there was a middle aged white lady working (the only one) who was being so overtly racist. It was so off putting. She was being so loud and taking phone calls on speaker. She made what would have been a very good experience absolutely awful.

Highly recommend. I’ve been looking for a regular nail place and I’ve finally found it. Second time coming here for a fill, will definitely be back! I drive an hour to get here and it’s totally worth it. Prices are reasonable, staff are personable and professional, and kind, everyone does an amazing job. Always happy with the final product!
