Megan gave me the most awesome facial. I actually fell asleep which has never happened. Mary massaged my muscles till I could hardly walk back to the hotel across the street. Laura for me I'm for both services at the last minute. I am eternally grateful.

Had a Heavenly Deluxe facial with Lia first half of September 2024. I came to HoE at Alakea St for the Eminence organics products. Being experienced in the health and skincare realms, I make a choice to use high quality non toxic products on my skin. Lia did an excellent job with extractions, customized the facial to my skin needs and requests, provided relaxing massage and selected great products for my skin concerns. The next day my skin looked clearer, brighter, and acne were healing faster. I will be back to this place for more Eminence facials; there are not many places on the island that offer clean skincare lines.

I really enjoy coming here - good price point and nice atmosphere, which feels near impossible to find both on Oahu. I have received two massages and a hair cut.
I highly recommend Ben for a massage - he is amazing!! He focused exactly on what I asked for and was so sweet. I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed
Losing one star because the lady who cut my hair was pretty off-putting. She told me about 15 times how dead my hair was and kept pressuring me to cut more than I wanted. Tbh she did a really good job on the cut but it was awful talking to her.

My husband and I both got 80 minute massages (mine was prenatal) and the 50 minute Eminence facial.
My husband’s services with Rin were very good. He said that she really worked on some problem areas and that the facial was very relaxing.
My massage with Lia was very disappointing. It felt unskilled and lazy. She did not ask what areas I’d like to focus on or even perform a full body massage. It was mostly just a lot of gentle strokes up and down my back with no real massaging. The facial was somewhat better, but again, she asked me no questions about my skin. It overall felt rushed.
We did feel like pricing was very good, especially compared to hotel spa pricing. The products used for the facial also felt and smelled amazing. If you book, suggest booking with Rin.

Meagan is such an incredible women! I went in for a bio slimming appointment and she made me feel super welcomed and very relaxed as I'm getting my service. Very professional and does make sure I was completely comfortable! Definitely will be returning to her!
