I came here with my fiancé on Valentine’s Day. We booked the couples massage valentines package and it did not disappoint! We were greeted by our two masseuses, the massage beds were separated in each corner of the room which gave us some space and peace while still being in the same room. We were treated to some chocolates and champagne which was nice. The massage package included a full body massage included scalp & foot massage which I loved. We also had hand and feet masks during the massage. The masseuses did a great job asking what areas we wanted them to work on most, asked about sensitivities etc. (just do not plan anything after the massage because you will leave there kinda greasy lol) overall great massage!!! I would recommend 🙂

Had neck and back pain and I had been to the cedar bluff location and had a wonderful experience. I saw that the Farrragut Location had the iRelaxBot. I made an appointment online. Then I got a call from Healing Hands and said that I could come in before my appointment if I wanted to. Of course I did. Warm welcoming and was explained how the iRelaxBot works. It was a very relaxing experience and my pain level dropped significantly. I highly recommend trying this out you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be back for more relaxing sessions. The prices are very affordable.

I’ve never had a bad massage here before! Very relaxing space, super friendly staff and great customer service. Sharon and David are amazing. I have pretty sensitive skin and they listen to my needs and are very welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

I scheduled a mom/daughter 90 min massage and we had a really great experience! I have had a lot of massages and David was amazing! By far one of the best massages I have had. I have sensitivity in my neck and shoulders. He did an amazing job of working out the knots without causing too much pain and I left feeling so much better. My mom has a lot of back pain and her massage therapist, Kate also did a wonderful job. We couldn't be more happy with the service and will definitely be back! Thank you!

I had a massage and while I have no complaints about the therapist – the massage was good – it’s frustrating when they offer weekly “specials” but don’t follow through on them. Even when you ask – twice. Was I supposed to ask three times, four? Not sure. But they had advertised extra “perks“ if you book a massage this week. I booked a massage, but those perks were nowhere to be found. It’s the whole reason I booked a massage, because of the extras. I really wish they would give you what they advertise. Seems like they don’t inform the employees of any specials going on. I also brought this up when I was at the front desk - pretty much no apology either. I also had a facial there a couple months ago, and again – not a complete service. I think there were two or three things done to my face, the rest of it was exfoliating my hands and arms and some massage which is fine, but when I pay for a facial, I want to feel like my face has been “worked on.“ No relaxing facial massage whatsoever. So again, another service that wasn’t very thorough. And of course I don’t expect anyone from the business to respond to this review, or apologize in any way. I’m done wasting my money here.

I had a fantastic experience at Healing Hands Spa. David was my massage therapist, and he gave me one of the best deep-tissue massages I’ve ever had. He was professional, attentive, and skilled at targeting tension areas. I walked in feeling stressed and sore and walked out completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting, making the entire experience even better. If you’re looking for a high-quality massage, I can’t recommend David and this business enough. I’ll be returning!

From the moment I called the spa to the moment I left after my massage, I was treated so kindly and respectfully by all of the staff. I had a lymphatic massage with Wes and he was so knowledgeable and calming. Not being far out from surgery, I was still healing and he made sure I was comfortable and listened to all of my questions and accommodated me. I will definitely return!
