Absolutely incredible experience. Zero negative feedback. So relaxing, Michelle does an incredible job. She has wizard hands. I felt like I was transported outside of Mesa, this was above and beyond. It is a different feeling if you’ve never had a straight scalp and neck massage, but your body will thank you! Worth every single penny. The kind gentleman in the front, whose name I didn’t get, was so nice, and also made sure I was comfortable with my services. Thank you so much, I will be a returning customer!

We are in town visiting family and they had been referred to this place by a friend so we thought it would be fun to check it out. They were able to accommodate for 3 people at the same time with in a couple days. We all had the scalp massage treatment. It was fantastic and so relaxing. The place is clean and welcoming and service top notch.

My son in law, Francis Gross bought my daughters and I a gift cards for a 2 hour experience at Heads Up! I thought we were getting a typical generic massage. The experience was like nothing before. Relaxing, comfortable and so rejuvenating. I don’t know how I can ever have a regular massage again after this. Facial, head and scalp treatment, running water and finally a hair blow out. The three of us girls talked for hours about what a wonderful experience we had. The owner was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Heads Up Spa!

What a fantastic experience! I came to Arizona with my sisters for vacation. I had seen these head spas on Tik Tok and googled for a place near our rental. I was blown away! Tori was my technician and she was outstanding! I loved every minute of this treatment and will most certainly be calling again next year when we come back!

This experience is not for everyone. For example, if you do not like scalp scrubbers or you have tight, tangled coiled hair, this may not be for you. Come with clean hair and scalp but do not put in any effort for styling as your head and hair will be completely wet down. I had no idea what to expect so I initially reserved the Heads Up Experience but my technician talked me into the Creambath which is what I went with. It was definitely an experience and because I have nothing to compare it to, they get 5/5 from me! I have shoulder length, wavy / curly hair that happened to be brushed through before my appointment so I would recommend that to everyone with curly hair. I suggest this because otherwise you’ll leave it up to your technician and if your scalp is tender, you will not love it. Because it was mostly an aggressive scalp massage and lymphatic draining face massage, I did not find it traditionally relaxing but as soon as she stepped away to clean her tools, I fell asleep! So there must have been a subconscious calming aspect. After all said and done, when I styled my hair at home, my hair was so shiny! It had never been this shiny before, even my husband commented. I do feel like my scalp is very clean several days later. It is unlikely I will return unless I have a special event and I want my hair to shine like never before but if you are curious, give it a try!

I can't say enough about this place. It was everything and more than I was expecting. My sisters and I did this together. Jane, Michelle and Tori were delightful. It was 70 minutes of pure bliss. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Scottsdale

I got the deep relaxation cream bath with Tori and it was amazing!! i’ve never been so relaxed in my life. I came just for relaxation no hair concerns or anything. it was extremely relaxing. i have pretty sensitive skin and nothing gave me any sort of reaction. i left with my hair feeling incredibly soft just like when you leave the salon and my scalp felt so clean! Tori did an amazing job at massaging and everything she did. great customer service. would definitely recommend, makes great gifts! definitely coming back sometime!

What an amazing experience! I booked my appointment online for the deep relaxation cream bath & I loved every minute. The care & attention Michelle puts into her work is unmatched. The treatment included face, head, neck and shoulder massage that was so relaxing. After the treatment, she finishes with a blow dry. Will absolutely return for one (or more!) of the many other services she offers for skin care & massage.
