Head to Toe Family Spa

VERY GOOD!! I was in town for a conference, so I called a couple days ahead and was lucky enough to get a massage here! I can't tell you her name but she was wonderful. My stress accumulates in my neck and shoulders. She worked those out and a few more areas I didn't even know about! It's a nice little place. $70 for a full 60 minutes. It truly was a head to toe massage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great massage for a great value! I got a 60min deep tissue massage for $85 (that includes 20% tip). Lisa made sure to get all my problem areas. She was very straightforward, but in a kind way and I appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Such an odd experience! I made an appointment online 3 weeks in advance and it was accepted and confirmed. I received several emails and texts also confirming the appointment. Yet when I arrived, the place was open, yet empty. A man came out and when I told him I had an appointment for foot reflexology he shook his head no and look confused. I told him I had a confirmation and showed it to him so then he took me to a room and told me to remove my clothes. I asked, “for foot reflexology?!” He was confused again and asked home to come up front again and ask for how long. I didn’t know what I had booked it for. He called someone and then put the phone on speaker and she asked me the same questions. Then he took me to the room again and started the service. The service was not reflexology. It was a foot and leg massage and was not even the full time. His phone rang a few times during the service and then at the end, he just walked out and didn’t say anything. About a minute later he came back in and continued the service. They made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. Then at the end he tried to charge me $10 more than the published price. I questioned him and pointed out the price on the board. Again he had to call someone and then canceled the sale and redid it. Again, I was in inconveniencing him. Horrible experience and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I don’t think they are even professionally licensed.

I came here for a couples massage; at the very beginning it was kind of confusing because I scheduled my appointment onsite a couple of weeks before, then when I got there they acted surprised; despite that the massage was very good; very relaxing and respectful! I will recomend this place

Booked an appointment today for 415pm this morning Lisa confirmed the appointment early am. Get there no one was there then couple minutes later lady comes out of room guessing Lisa and acted shocked to see us. Said did we have appointment said yes couples massage, said “can we wait at least 20 minutes” I told her no as we had an appointment for 415. I read previous reviews and this is exactly the complaint of others. First experience going there got the same service as others. I’ll stick with a company who actually cares about there customers and there time and avoid this one.

When my sister and I arrived, no one was at the desk to greet us or anywhere to be seen. We waited quite a bit before someone finally came to get us. I was worried they had forgotten about our appointment. We had no other plans so we let it slide. The kicker was 🥁🥁🥁….the massage therapist told “Alexa” to play calming music and Alexa mistaken what she said for “toddler” music. So for an hour straight, we were listening to children’s lullabies while getting a massage. Lastly, I took off another star because the lady scratched my scalp raw when massaging my head, and it hurt/burned for days afterwards. I will not be returning!

I've been here a couple times for a massage and have never been disappointed. I leave feeling amazing and ache free. Just as a heads up, though, despite it being on their service menu, they do not actually do pedicures here. It ends up being more of a foot soak and massage, which still feels great, but if you actually want your toenails done, that is something they do not do. Also, if you do not like being touched anywhere, you will need to say something. They get pretty much every muscle in your body. Expect to possibly be massaged everywhere but your groin. That includes face, buttocks, abdomen, thighs, and sides. They're completely professional about it and I've never felt uncomfortable, but I know it's not for everyone.

I don't leave poor reviews unless I truly feel it was deserved, and this is one of those cases. I've been to this place several times, and I was there a little over a week ago for an appointment and had to wait nearly 30 minutes. Not cool, but fortunately I wasn't in a rush to get anywhere. Yesterday I had an appointment made online, and I got a call on my way in asking if I could come early, I stated I'm 10 minutes away and would be there on time (they called me 15 minutes prior to the appointment). When I got there, no one greeted me, and I didn't even see anyone until 30 minutes after arriving, which was about 30 minutes past the start of my appointment. This only happened because I triggered the door chime to see if I could talk to someone. A woman came out and asked if I could wait another half hour and she didn't know of any appointment. I couldn't wait, and even if I could, I wouldn't. Don't use an appointment system if you aren't going to follow it.
