I have been waiting to go here for months! I reached out to Dani & when a spot opened up she communicated with me via text & I took it immediately. It did NOT disappoint. Marcie was AMAZING, I LOVED HER. She made me feel so confident & comfortable in my skin ,my hair. I wear my hair naturally curly/kinky; 3c/4a and it’s fine & I have a lot of hair. She didn’t make me feel self conscious(NOT ONCE), she didn’t make any inappropriate or cringe comments. She actually really boosted me up and she is so passionate & knowledgeable. She was inclusive & I love that. Professional. It was HEAVENLY. I seriously felt like I was in another dimension. I was falling asleep,fully relaxed. I have a really high stressful job & I suffer from migraines, so this was for relaxation self care for me. But it ended up benefiting my SCALP- i had so much build up from product, that after the consultation, scalp treatment with a eye mask to block any light (customized to ur needs/wants), scalp massages with her hands and scalp massage tools , shampooing of my hair - my scalp was CLEAN, my scalp and hair both felt LIGHT & healthy. Your scalp is skin. It needs to be cared for just like any part of your body. I love that they use organic products. You have the room to yourself, no outside noises, smelt heavenly. Some of what she used I believe was peppermint, thyme, rice mud, clay && i don’t know what else but it smelt like heaven & made my scalp feel soooooo good. From she touched my scalp with the scalp masque treatment she made- I felt instantly relaxed. The chair is so comfy and you get blankets on the chair and to cover you. It is so cozy. I didn’t want to leave and go back to reality haha lol. I also got my curly hair diffused (that was part of the service included if you wish). I love wearing my hair naturally curly/ kinky/ texturized, so anywhere that encourages that- which is against the grain and “norm”; I will support 1000% Men, women of all hair types, no hair/ bald are all welcomed to scalp care ! It’s a luxury service with amazing customer service. I already made my returning appointment with Marcie! I left there feeling confident and relaxed! Words can’t do it justice- you have to check it out for yourself!

This was seriously such a relaxing experience! I was so relaxed I was almost falling asleep. The spa has a beautiful energy and I felt so well taken care of! I left feeling super refreshed and my hair looks beautiful too! I definitely recommend booking a Relax and Unwind appointment here.

Wow! Just wow! The atmosphere, energy, and vibe here is just wonderful. 1/3/25 is my birthday today and I made this appointment on Nov. 10th, 2024 , reaching out via Instagram for this day specifically! I believe they had followed me on Instagram , and I knew it was a sign to make an appointment with them. Maurie (which I think that’s how you say her name) was super sweet and professional , explaining what she’s doing, and even educating me on hair and stress levels of it! We talked a lot for the whole service it just felt so relaxing. Fun fact: they give you a complementary face mask and lip mask if it’s your birthday! I booked a 90 min service, which included the service and the blow dry(she added the curls as a treat) **SEE PIC FOR DETAILS** If you’re in the UM-Gables area, you have to give them a shot. I don’t know what products were in my hair but let me tell you , I was KNOCKED TF OUT!!! I was snoring and sleeping. If I could put 10 stars , I would! Thank you again 🩷

I was very pleased and therefore I returned today with my daughter and we had a wonderful experience, it is so relaxing, I will become a regular for sure…make time for yourself and relax for a couple of hours with this exceptional Head Spa

Today was my first time at Head Spa Miami with Damy and she was fantastic and super sweet! She made me feel comfortable and created a soothing and relaxing environment. My head massage was amazing and Damy took her time, using different massage techniques for my scalp and neck. My hair and scalp feel much lighter and softer after this experience. I already made a future appointment for myself as well as for my mom. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Located in South miami! There is a private suite, so it's just you and your therapist. The owner is outstanding. Super clean suite. I was super relaxed. The clay mask she put on my hair did wonders on my scalp. The shampoos are natural and smell amazing. I got the service with the blowout, and my hair came out straight and great. I was super happy with the service. The owner is also very active in responding to messages on Instagram. She is booked, but the wait is worth it.

Been reaching for (3) days and the lack of response is unreal. I am trying to book an appointment and it is impossible to do so. No one answers the phone, whoever is taking care of txts responds at 8-9pm and nothing gets answered again.

This is one of my favorite self care appointments. Damy has the hands of an angel. From the moment you walk in the tone is set. The lights, music the vibes, Damy has the softest voice and such an amazing presence. She viewed my scalp via camera to show me the build up I had and then she got to work. This treatment was amazing to remove all the build up from sweating, dirt, etc BUT imagine all the best parts of being at a salon in a ONE HOUR treatment. The washing of the hair, brushing, using tools for relaxing. It is such an incredible experience. Get on the waitlist I promise it is worth it. This is also THE BEST gift. I received this as a birthday gift and now gifted my mom a service for her birthday. 12/10 Experience.
