I had the best head spa experience with Karen. When I first walked in, the ambiance of the room was so warm and welcoming, the table was exceedingly comfortable, and the entire experience was beyond relaxing. Karen is so knowledgeable about her craft and had so many great recommendations for improving my scalp health. I am also a curly girl, so I was a little nervous about letting someone else touch my hair, but Karen was so gentle and knew exactly what products would be best for me. The tools and massage techniques she used relieved the tension I was carrying in my head neck and shoulders and I left feeling much lighter than I was when I walked in. I would highly suggest checking out Head Spa Chalet and making it a part of your monthly self care routine!

Karen was absolutely amazing and so what I needed in the resolve of a chaotic trip to Charlotte! The spa was beautiful and calming and her sanitation and professionalism was off the charts.
