Hind was incredible. They were running a deal for first time visitors for 89$ and I had the best massage I've ever had in my life. I’m so grateful for Hind and all of her help. I was having some back pain after my long flight and since the massage my back has felt great! She is very knowledgeable and was able to give me further recommendations for when I return home in terms of what my body needs to heal from muscle entrapment due to a car accident 2 years ago.

Great spot for a massage!! Got a couples sports massage and we feel GREAT! The entire atmosphere and staff is so welcoming and calming. If we were full time Hawai’i residents we’d absolutely be regulars.

I booked a same day massage. A few hours before the massage, I got a call canceling the appointment. Apparently the therapist wasn’t supposed to be on the schedule. I get it, sometimes stuff happens. I asked for a refund. The staff member said that they could reschedule me, but I told them that I wanted a refund since they canceled. She said she would talk to a manager. They called me back and said that I would be refunded. I checked my account four days later. No refund initiated. I called back. The person I spoke to said that I had a credit to use at their establishment. I told her that I was told that my credit card would be refunded. She spoke to a manager and said they would refund my account. It’s been 11 days and still no refund initiated. Based on these interactions, I don’t recommend this business.

The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time experiencing prenatal massage and I didn't really know what to expect. Two pillows were provided and I had the massage first on my back and then on my side. It was so relaxing to relieve tight muscles. When my masseuse (I think her name was Heather) worked on my neck and shoulders, I fell asleep right away cause it felt so good. The pressure was just right and I like it on the harder side. I would totally recommend this place to my friends and come back. Everyone was super friendly and professional.

Thank you for this amazing and unique experience. I have tried hundreds of massages all around the world from Costa Rica to Indonesia but Akiko’s lomi lomi massage was the best in my life so far. Do not miss it if you are in Honolulu, especially if you do surf. The consciousness, professionalism and care in every touch was truly beyond this world. It was a real psychedelic experience for me. Thank you.

I visited Natural Therapy during my vacation in Hawaii and found the staff and massage therapist very friendly and accommodating. The place is well maintained and clean. I opted for a Lomi Lomi massage which was wonderful and relaxing. It is much more mellow that a deep tissue massage and can definitely make you fall asleep because it is that relaxing. It was wonderful and we will try to come by during our next visit.
