An honest and true review: 1. Haven is a BEAUTIFUL location. It’s very serene and warm. The people on the front desk were very attentive and kind, and made sure I was taken care of to start my appointment. They had a great lobby with tea and snacks provided for. 2. With everything so professionally done, I was caught off guard when my nail technician asked me what services I needed to get done. Part because I didn’t know the name of the services I had booked, part because I thought they should know already because it was communicated to them. 3. The service was great for the most part. My nail technician took care of me. The only negative part of the experience was when I was getting my manicure done. I had given the technician a heads up that I’m REALLY picky with the shape of my nails. Like I want it perfect; especially since I used to do my own nails and also I will have my nails for about 3 weeks. At first, she was cooperative, then when it came to my other hand and I said it needed to be shaped more evenly. She said it’s good. I said no it’s not. She explained how it’s okay because it’s about how people see it. But I could see with my own eyes my nails were uneven and I responded that *I* will be seeing it. She was not happy, but did it anyway. I just didn’t appreciate that exchange. When I got home, I felt the edge of my nails bumpy…. Thank God I had the nail file they gave and was able to fix it myself. Because if not, it would have driven me crazy!! The last thing I would say is because I am new to getting my nails done, I would take note of how long it lasts (gel nails). For this particular salon, it lasted about 10 days before the gel chipped. Which I think is not the best.

Haven Spa is a hidden gem in Noho. I had a wax and the 80 Minutes in Haven Facial. Both services were incredible and both practitioners were some of the best I have ever had. I love the variety of treatments offered here and the space is super clean. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and would highly recommend. I especially love the nail salon area which is great for working, meetings or friend group events!

I got the European pedi done by Raquel. The water was hot (I recommend telling them to make it warm.) Both of my big toes hurt due to the cuticle cut she did. However, she scrubbed my feet extremely well.

We had a wonderful experience at Haven spa yesterday. My girlfriend, my son and I came to get some pampering on a rainy Sunday. My son and I had the Hydrafacial plus, I then went on to get a paraffin wax foot treatment… And my son had a lymphatic drainage massage. My girlfriend had the hot stone massage. Needless to say every Session was more than what we expected. We were taken on time, made to feel comfortable and most importantly sessions were not rushed. It all exceeded our expectations. We are returning!

I celebrated my 60th birthday with three friends. We all had a great time and loved our package that included a massage, manicure, pedicure, and facial. My only complaint that I did not know that there was a substantial booking fee. Maybe it's on the website and I missed it. Other than that, Haven is a super clean and well run business. Update: Haven Spa reached out and corrected the issue with the booking fee and another service. I appreciate the quick resolution!

This is one of my favorite spas in NYC! The staff is kind and knowledgeable and the space is beautiful. It's nice that you can get so many different treatments at one spa. I love the Geek Massage and Younger Longer Facial.

I had a good experience at Haven. The space is nice and clean with a comfortable set up. I really like how you can get both your manicure and pedicure in the same seat. I opted to do a manicure with a clear polish and a cute pinkish nude for my pedi. Thank you to Victoria on doing a great job.

Had a wonderfully relaxing hot stone massage with Heidi, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Facilities were very clean and massage was 10/10. I wasn’t looking for a lot of spa amenities, a pool, or anything like that, just a really great massage. That’s exactly what I got, will definitely go back. Highly recommend Heidi.
