Sarah listened to me really well and moreover I felt seen. She understood my face, my age, generation, and lifestyle, and it was just the set of fresh eyes I needed. She didn’t rush and was very thorough and technical throughout.

I’m so impressed with Joy’s work! She completely transformed my hair, giving me the perfect color that suits me perfectly. She’s not only talented but also super approachable and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. I left feeling like a million bucks and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch colorist!

I have always had good experiences at Haus when I first lived in Minneapolis. I just recently moved back and booked an appointment a month and a half in advance just for the colorist to tell me she can only do a consult that day because she leaves in an hour. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done because it has been so long and I felt like I was just blown off even though I had waited so long for this appointment. This salon is quite expensive. I would think they would treat their clients better. I am very disappointed in my experience today and sadly will never go back. Why would you allow people to schedule a hair color appointment at 6pm if you plan on leaving at 7pm? It makes no sense.

Her technique is spot on, and my hair looks vibrant and healthy. Joy is also so friendly and professional—it’s clear she truly cares about her clients. I have had nothing but the best experiences at Haus Salon Northeast! From the scheduling staff to the stylists, the team is so kind and up lifting. You can feel the positivity and the sense of community as soon as you interact with the fabulous front of house staff. Shout out to the whole staff in general because when you walk in everyone talks with you, you certainly feel welcome, and I love that! My stylist Sarah is an absolute Rockstar! I have curly hair and she has walked me through some big style changes, product recommendations, and education on how to style and care for my own hair based on my personal goals. Not only is she masterful in her craft, Sarah is also extremely kind, funny, and so personable. I feel at ease whenever I am getting my hair cut with Sarah because it feels like a true partnership. She just helped me with my curly bang journey in October and I couldn’t feel more beautiful and confident about how I look. I cannot recommend this team enough!
