I made an appointment for a head/hair wash and was really looking forward to it. I paid my deposit, but less than an hour before my scheduled appointment, I received the attached text message canceling it. They didn’t offer to reschedule me with someone else or provide anything to make up for the last-minute cancellation. Had I canceled on such short notice, I would have been charged. I had an event tonight and booked this specifically so I could have my hair done before dinner. I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. If they truly didn’t have anyone else available to complete the service, they should have found another way to make it right. I definitely won’t be giving them another try. There are other, more highly rated head spas in the area. This one just happened to be close to my house, so I thought I’d give it a shot. If you’re okay with having your appointment canceled at the last minute, you can give them a try—but if you value your time and money, I’d look elsewhere. Buyer beware.

It was an amazing experience. We had the Japanese head spa treatment. Angela was awesome. The shoulder and neck massage was perfect. An unforgettable experience with my two daughters. Loved it and will come back again and do it with the hand and feet treatment. 😀 🙌

Very relaxing, came for my besties bday and they got us in last minute together! If you get grace she is very good at getting your pressure points makes you feel super refreshed after& my blow hair job was awesome!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We both did the Japanese Head Spa with Leticia and Camara and left so relaxed and rejuvenated. The facilitates are immaculate and staff incredibly friendly. We will be back!

I came to Haus Head Spa for the first time with my mom and little sister and it was the best spa experience yet. Leticia was kind and sweet. She gave me a great neck and shoulder massage and I didn’t want the head massage to end. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back again soon. I 100% recommend this place to everyone looking for relaxation.

Nice experience however would be great if they have staff that is comfortable with curly hair guests. Don't feel I received the same level of care when it came to the scalp cleansing ritual nor was my hair combed out. Better options for curly hair when drying; asked if they had a defuser (my hair type cannot tolerate straight blow dry) and was informed they did not. I notice another staff member open the drawer next to my seat and I saw a defuser attachment. I asked not to have my hair dried and had to leave with wet hair. On a positive note, the massage portion was quite nice, thank you.

Dont waste your time. I went with the intention to relax and unwind and left stressed. Not sure about all the employees, but the lady who did my hair pulled it very hard and rushed through my facial. When I would flinch from the pain she asked whats wrong so I told her I was feeing some pain and she began arguing with me. Any time I asked her to be gentle she would get argumentative. Mind you, I did the DELUXE and got this type of treatment. Never again. You go to a spa to relax not argue about how gentle someone should be or to not pull your hair.

That was a must do experience! What a unique and beautiful , relaxing experience. Lilly was a love to work with, walked me through the entire experience, as this was my first experience at a head spa! All the staff was so friendly, their space was beautiful and I will absolutely be coming back and bringing my husband on my next visit to Boca!
