I think I left a review a few years ago when I stumbled on this place. As a registered nurse, I am very particular and pay close attention to the massage therapists Technique and knowledge of the body and pressure points every time I get a massage. I always get deep tissue massage bc I chronically get sciatic nerve pain and very stiff neck and shoulder blades. I went in in such pain that last night I did not sleep well. After just a 60 minute massage with Ashley I am home and have better range of motion than I thought would be possible! They are not shy about getting in there and she knows every single pressure point and is incredibly skilled. I will go to harmony over any other massage chain, private Paid masseuse or Spa. I’m telling you if you have not tried them and you have tight muscles and need them worked through this is your place (and the pricing couldn’t be better)!! I can’t rave about this place more!

I want to give 4.5 . Nina was amazing in massage although she has language barrier but she keeps a check on my comfort level and use the force of her hand accordingly. I took 30 minutes swedish massage. I wished I have taken 60 minutes one😃. But they should have more staff because she had to go out couple of times during massage to attend people who are coming for enquiry. And they should make sure that doors should be closed all times when client is taking massage.

I stopped here by chance and I had wonderful experience. I got the 1 hour Swedish massage and it was fantastic. By the time I left the muscle spasms in my lower back were gone, it's also Very clean and they give hot baths! It's worth a try at least once

I have probably had two hundred professional massages in my life, but the one I just had from Crystal at Harmony Spa was the best massage of my life. I have a chronic pain condition which flares up unexpectedly out of nowhere, and today I was in excruciating pain from head to toe. I did a Google search and found Harmony Spa had good reviews and was 5 minutes from my apartment. I am not exaggerating when I see are seriously blew me away! She had such a beautiful touch, but VERY strong! She worked out all my pain. I feel like jelly! I can't wait to make monthly trips here to treat myself :)

I came here for a 30 minute Swedish massage and it felt amazing! The place is very small and intimate and is well-maintained. The only issue I had was the language barrier because I had trouble understanding the masseuse's accent but other than that, she was great. She regularly checked to make sure the pressure wasn't too much since I asked her to apply soft pressure and asked if the massage was going well. The massage was very relaxing, relieved my muscle tension and just had me feeling refreshed when I left. The massage was for half an hour but it felt like it was much longer than that. The price is very reasonable for such great service and I will definitely go back!

I booked massage based on extra credits on class pass and it ended up being an amazing deep tissue which I find hard to come by because I have arthritis and aches and pains and I need someone to put muscle into the massage and that’s hard to come by. I usually only go to one girl but I would totally come back here based on they do very good massage and prices are reasonable and they have nice late hours because I work late all the time , they take 8:00! PM massages 🥳🥳

Pros: The place is clean and peaceful. Cons: There's a significant language barrier. I scheduled a deep tissue massage and asked for deep pressure, especially focused on my shoulders, neck, face and head. I asked for that a couple more times during my massage, but didn't get it. Pressure was fairly light for most of it. I don't know if that's because she didn't understand me or didn't know how to do what I was asking. She seemed to have a routine and that's what she did. Methods included sitting on me, standing on the table and using her feet, and cupped slapping -- which felt OK but is not what I was expecting based on hundreds of deep tissue massages I've received elsewhere. Just be aware that their version of deep tissue massage is nothing like what you'd get from a Licensed Massage Practitioner. It didn't get rid of my headache, but it helped. If you just want a relaxation massage, this place is great -- but don't spend the extra money for deep tissue.

There service is beyond. I go here 2 to 3 time a month. My experience has been great, total one hour of amazing massage. They do offer couple massage. Neat and clean area. The prices they charge is worth the amount and time.
