Amanda is awesome. The overall experience is so relaxing and calming. This is a brand new space for her and she has worked really hard to make this place perfect. I always go to her for any aches and refer her to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

I attended Hands and Soul for the purpose of MediCupping by India Bell. I can not express how grateful I am to her for helping me during my first session. I had a range of motion issue in my left shoulder. Being active with weights, range of motion is critical. After the first session that discomfort in my left shoulder was gone. She was so welcoming and explained everything that she was doing. I had plenty of questions before, during and after the session that she was able to explain and help answer for me. The environment that was provided was very professional, clean and relaxing. If you are looking to try something new, healing and extremely beneficial even if you are not active or moderately active, I highly recommend contacting India Bell at Hands and Soul in Windham.
