Very clean and professional service and setting, clean room, punctual, great massage! The spa grounds were very tranquil and I was able to relax in the pools after my treatment!

The front desk staff here have always been very accommodating. Recently I had to cancel a couple’s massage very last minute for personal reasons and there were no issues. Every therapist I have had has been great as well. They keep it very clean here. I have never thought otherwise using the bathrooms or going into one of the rooms for a massage.

First time having a massage at Hand and Stone, and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! First time having hot stone and it felt incredible! Oh my goodness!! Definitely be a return customer!

Cancelled my appointment for massage and facial I had made for my birthday weeks ago with 24 hours notice. Acted like it was my fault I had chosen a certain employee and they’re no longer with the company, when I had just chosen “any female.” Could not accommodate my previously set appointment and will have to reschedule weeks down the road. Very disappointing.

Jose is absolutely amazing and very professional. I am a massage therapist myself and he hands down gives the best massage. Hand and Stone were very accommodating with my scheduling as I live out of town and had to make numerous changes.

I go here for my facials with Brenda, and I can't say enough good things about her or the girls greeting you upon your arrival. Brenda is so knowledgeable in her craft. She takes the time to evaluate your skin and will get you on the road to having beautiful results. Brenda doesn't want you to waste your money, so she will suggest the best bang for your buck!!! She's so good at explaining in detail what each process is doing and how it will feel, so there are no surprises. I promise... You won't be disappointed!! 😉

Highly recommend this spot for a massage or facial! Good, clear prices with a membership (and intro rates for your first visit), friendly staff, and talented massage therapists. I would very highly recommend Lidia for a massage and Haleigh for a facial, but I’m sure you can’t go wrong with other providers.

I love this location and have been coming for years! All of the reception staff are friendly and my massage therapist is the best I've ever had. I appreciate their skill, intentionality, and kindness. You can tell they really listen and care about their clients because each massage is tailored to my specific needs and I always walk away happy with the service!
