I went in your office last month, 11/212024, to unsubscribe because I will go to the Philippines. So it was done. Today 12/222024, my bank sent me message that you charged me again even we talked a month ago. Return my money please it is not my fault that your employees are incompetent. This is the second time you did this to me. I am very regretful I gave you second chance. No, I am not going to just forget about $89.00. That was hard earned! Thank you and I expect your service will be what your customers need.

Good experience. Andrew at the front desk was friendly and helpful, I was greeted by name when I walked in even though I'd never been here before. The intake forms were reasonable and shorter than I've seen elsewhere, not sure why other reviews are calling them out as a huge slog. Good massage from Fred, he was attentive to the problem areas I listed and I walked out feeling taller than before, the pain in my foot I'd wanted addressed was gone entirely and my right shoulder feels brand-new.

Have been a member of Hand and Stone at Kent Station for nearly 10 yrs and have shifted to Bellevue cause I moved. Nothing but the best experience w/ massages. Have seen several; all great. Favorite is Abigail. Front desk staff always welcoming. Also, crossroads is a great site local.

I had the best massage EVER. Elizabeth was not only easy to talk to she was gentle and kind. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The establishment was clean and beautifully decorated. Top notch!! I couldn't of asked for a better experience

This is the worst business. My wife scheduled an appointment, talked to the front desk multiple times, gave them her credit card and they sent her reminders every single day for up to a week when she showed up she waited for fifteen minutes filling out forms. After that she went to the front desk and they had no idea who she was. They had no appointment booked and offered no apology or any other offer and were incredibly rude to her. What’s so frustrating is it she was bombarded all week with calls and reminders. She filled out forms and did so much work. Got up early to go to her appointment for no reason at all. This is some of the worst customer service she has ever seen and I would give zero stars if I could.

I had been going to this location for multiple years to see Mackenzie who is the best esthetician I had ever had at any location by far. I had an appointment on Friday and got a call from an assistant manager who said that Mackenzie had quit her job due to an injury. Wildly inappropriate that they wouldn’t just say she was no longer with the company. I found her on social media and she shared she had actually been fired for a hand injury she had for several months regardless of completing all of her work duties. I called and spoke to a manager named Danielle today who also spoke in circles and had nothing helpful to add about how unprofessional their management was. I asked to speak to an owner and was denied the opportunity to share my feedback with them. Save your money and go to an ethical place. There’s no one here to worth seeing if Mackenzie is no longer working there!

I had a terrible experience at this Spa. As someone who loves the Spa, Hand and Stone in Bellevue is not one I recommend. The masseuse I had must have been sick during my appt because he sneezed, sniffled and had heavy breathing during the service. There was also a foul odor which I could not tell if it was the masseuse or the room. I even had to ask the masseuse to stop the massage because it was horrible. After the incomplete service, I expressed my concerns with the front desk that explained told me that they’ve already charged me and that my complaint would be passed along to management. Well, it’s been over a week with no call back or refund. This was a horrible experience.

Every time I visit this spa I have an amazing experience. The front desk personnel is welcoming and attentive. The estheticians and therapists are knowledgeable and professional. But I wanted to recognize Joshua - one of the best massage therapists I had a chance to work with. I really like his technique, his personality and approach to his clients' needs. I bet he has lots of clients but what amazes me the most is his ability to remember the areas of the body which require the most attention. Highly recommend booking a massage session with Joshua!
