My Hand and Stone facial was the most expensive and disappointing . $135.00 for 45 minutes facial. The facial supposed to be 1 hour . I was supposed to receive a full one-hour facial, I only received 45 minutes instead. I was told the remainder of one hour goes for the cleaning and setting up the massage room. At the end of the session the receptionist told me it’s 50 minutes. I left the parlor unhappy and disgusted. Later I sent my feedback to the massage parlor. I will not recommend this business to anyone

I have seen massage therapists nearly my whole life as a previous college athlete and now a young adult with rheumatoid and spinal arthritis. No massage has ever compared to the ones I receive here from Aimes. They are able to find my problem points when I need them to or can provide the most rejuvenating full body massage. It only took 10 minutes into my first massage to convince me to buy the monthly membership package. I look forward to my massages and will often add on another discounted massage for a mid-month pick-me-up. I love that the membership also gets me the occasional facial before special events and upgrading to a 90-minute with the hot stones is a must for those especially stressful months. The lobby is peaceful, the staff is welcoming and kind, the rooms and bathrooms are always clean, and the massages have always been well worth the time, money, and stress of finding a babysitter. Highly recommend!

I also purchased some great products to calm my skin after a sunburn in Hawaii that have been beneficial. Thank for the relaxing spa day!! Looking forward to my next appointment.

Had a few facials here and every aesthetions are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, caring and plan according to your needs and also have recommendations on daily routine after service. Plus the receptionists are all super sweet and helpful. Would definitely strongly recommend!
