I don’t typically do memberships. Too much of a commitment. I scheduled a one time massage with Selma and signed up for the membership that day. She’s amazing! I’ve had literally 100 massages through out the years and she is definitely one of the very best! You won’t be disappointed.

Worst experience ever! Been a customer for 5 plus years! Will miss Rachel best massage therapist! Front desk Worst customer service! Messed up appointments for myself and wife! Then the solution to correct was to hang up! Also can’t cancel membership asap the owner can only do that! So sad as the front desk staff was so amazing in the past! Save yourself the hassle look elsewhere!

Last summer, I joined the monthly membership at Hand and Stone for massages and facials, thinking it was a good deal. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating. The membership costs $79 each month, automatically taken from my credit card. I couldn't go every month and ended up with several unused credits. When I tried to cancel, I found out I needed to give 30 days' notice and go to the office in person; they don’t allow cancellations over the phone. I learned I had 90 days to use my credits, but because of the holiday season and being sick for most of January, I couldn't use them. I contacted customer service on January 24 to check when my 90 days ended. I thought it was the end of January, but they told me it was January 9. I asked if they could extend the deadline due to my situation, but they refused. Instead, they suggested I pay for another month to use my credits, which feels very unfair. It's frustrating that they keep my money ($240) without letting me use the services I paid for. I think this membership program is a scam, and I advise others to reconsider before signing up.

I was gifted a massage at this location and was assigned Jamie as my masseuse . The front desk greeted me warmly, and everything ran on time with my appointment even though there were many people getting checked in and in the lobby ready for their appointments. The lobby is spacious, smelled great and had a water feature and lighting that really put me in a relaxing mood. My masseuse Jamie was phenomenal, she took my direction when I wanted firmer pressure without skipping a beat and was chatty when I was feeling chatty and quiet when the massage was happening which was perfect for me. She made sure we were on the same page on all the details of my experience before started and made sure she pronounced my name right which she said is important to her and I appreciated that a lot. I was uncovered and covered appropriately and I never felt uncomfortable with her during the whole time. I was given a hot moist towel at the end for the massage oil and a glass of water to hydrate. Loved my experience. If I am able to schedule with her again, I totally will.

This massage facility is very professional. Gabriel is one of my new favorite massage therapist. He is passionate about his job and does a great job trying to help you resolve the issues behind your pain. He is also very knowledgeable. I love how he names each muscle as you interact with him during your massage.

Signed up for the monthly massage program with automatic withdrawal from my checking account. They increased the monthly amount without notifying me (was told it would never increase when I signed up). Had to go in to cancel and was told they will take out ANOTHER month of increased payment. Unethical business practices. Do NOT give them your hard earned money. Extremely disappointed.

Booked 2 massages for today for my birthday while a friend was in town… we show up only to be told the appointments were made for Thursday. We had planned our day around this. Pretty disappointing and nothing was done to compensate us for this 😖
