The staff and Hand and Stone Massage in Orem is very nice. They pay attention to detail and proactively reach out to clients to ensure a good experience. My ALL time favorite therapist is Sammy! She is incredible. She pays close attention to what your body needs and applies the right amount of pressure to ensure healing and recovery without sacrificing relaxation. She is also very pleasant and happy! I also have had great experience with other therapists there. I love coming to this Spa as I know my experience will truly be what my body needs. If you have not given try it, I encourage you to try it and see it for yourself.

This is genuinely my favorite subscription service I pay for! Every single time I walk in this place I’m greeted with the sweetest people and every service I get is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I always leave SO incredibly impressed with my massage therapist or my esthetician who did my facial. Hand and stone is an amazing company but the people employed at this location specifically are INCREDIBLE. I literally LOVE coming here!!!!!

Everybody I’ve met working at the front desk is so nice and the manager, Chloe, is very accommodating. I got my first massage a few months ago here and have been going monthly with the membership I bought. Tatiana, the massage therapist I see, does an amazing job, and I always leave feeling incredible. For those who have never gotten a massage before or want to start getting more, definitely give this place a try.

Austin was very professional and gave a very professional and relaxing massage. He asked questions to make sure that I was comfortable and provided excellent level of privacy. I was relaxed and had no concerns during the whole massage. I would recommend Austin to anyone considering massage.

The only reason I'm leaving a two star review is I've never had a bad experience with an actual massage therapist here. I meant to remember the name of the one today who was great. I've had three experiences at this location including today, all gifted to me, and all similar experiences. After the high pressure sales conversation after my massage, Jarom came out into the parking lot to say I needed to come back inside to confirm payment and would I like to pay an additional tip. I won't be taking advantage of Hand and Stone in the future, gifted or not. The relaxing experience is done upon leaving the massage room. Apologies to the great therapists who work here.

I can’t even put into words how amazing Sherri is!! Every time I go in thinking I’m broken beyond compare and once I leave I feel like I can take on the world! She hyper focuses on each body part and releases so much tension I didn’t even know I had! This Hand and Stone is top tier with the nicest staff and the greatest coconut water that helps make the most of my self care. Raises for everyone because you all deserve it! 🫶🏼
