Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

A sweet gift of a massage I got for Christmas and I ended up signing on with a membership. The facility is beautiful, the massage was excellent, and the package pricing was very reasonable. I have never had a massage on a heated table. It was so relaxing and unlike Massage Envy that literally never accommodated me when I had a massage gift card- I called several different times and they always told me they were booked weeks to even months in advance-I never got a massage or refund), at Hand & Stone appointments are easy to make on short notice. So I highly recommend H&S and their package offers for their great deals.

Hand and stone has been such an amazing experience! Everyone I’ve met from front desk to their skilled therapist have been so fabulous! Avery has done my facials and she is delightful, such a positive energy! Melissa did my massage and she my experience with her was 11+/10 I highly recommend them both!! Coming back every month!!

My wife was previously a member at the Draper location during her last pregnancy and consistently had wonderful experiences with monthly prenatal massages. Unfortunately, this time was entirely unacceptable and deeply disappointing, especially considering the $120 cost of the massage at a professional establishment. For her birthday, I booked her a 90-minute prenatal massage, but the experience fell far below expectations. The session felt rushed, the masseuse seemed inexperienced, and—most concerning—my wife, who is 36 weeks pregnant, was not provided with any pillows for proper support while lying on her side. She was to prop herself up for an hour, which is unacceptable and uncomfortable. When my wife voiced her concerns, the manager responded unprofessionally. She was told it was her fault for not speaking up, even though she had already informed the masseuse that she couldn’t remain on her back. The manager further dismissed her concerns by stating that the massage therapist was “well sought after,” which made my wife feel gaslit and invalidated. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, the manager offered a $40 discount but left her to pay for an experience that was uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. For the premium price of these services, I expected much better care, professionalism, and customer service. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially as it was meant to be a thoughtful gift. It also reflects poorly on your establishment’s standards. After less than a week of reopening our memberships, we will be canceling.

This place was amazing!! The staff was so nice and professional. Halle at the front desk was so welcoming and polite. I came in late and she was completely understanding and got me in as soon as possible. The massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

I have had such an amazing experience at hand and stone massage in Draper. My massage therapist Mason is so knowledgeable about how to help my specific muscles relaxing needs. He asks questions in advance to make sure I’m getting what I need based off where I hold tension in my body. I cannot recommend him enough. I will be coming back at least monthly.

My husband and I have been coming here for over two years. The staff and therapists are absolutely amazing. I work in a high stress job and my membership is the ultimate form of self care. I have sent everyone here (including my mom and sister). I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great atmosphere and staff is super friendly, we always do a couples massage and highly recommend the hot stones!

Mason is incredible! I have been seeing him for over a year and absolutely love it. I just recently started getting facials done by Kate and she is AMAZING too! Everyone at the front desk is always so sweet!
