Elsie was absolutely an incredible!! It was one of the best massage that I have ever had! I would totally recommend her!! She definitely knows her stuff!! Also Lexy at the front desk is so nice and Kind. This location for hand and stone is wonderful!!

I called and asked about the detergents they use for sensitive skin. I talked to a Kate I believe and she said they use a private company to wash their sheets and the spa itself uses Dawn Dish soap and baking soda to wash the rest of their linens!!!. I think it’s ridiculous to pay so much for a massage without being a member, and the linen is not properly washed to disinfect from the previous clients. I was so disappointed since I highly recommended here for a massage.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa! Lexy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming during my visit for a massage. She made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with a smile. Highly recommend this place!

I love this little gem of a spa in Midvale! I've been a member for years now, and I look forward to treating myself and loved ones to a mind, body and soul renewing and relaxing experience whenever my busy schedule allows. Cat, the manager, is so accommodating, and truly takes amazing care of her members, as well as her employees, which means a lot to me, and truly makes every visit there magical. The skin care lines they offer (Dermalogica, Image, etc.) turn the clock back better than Botox and make me feel fabulous. Plus, they keep them very reasonably priced for this industry (and members get 10% off!). They are easy to book appointments with over the phone (nice for an extroverted Gen X-er like me...) or online, and run great specials every month so you get more bang for your buck. They'll even call me personally when I ask them to let me know when a product I like is back in stock (they are so good, they sell out fast). I feel like a VVIP every time I walk in the door. Truly can't say enough good things about this place without writing a book!!

Maria was my favorite therapist, but unfortunately, she is no longer here. While the service isn’t awful, the corporate atmosphere really detracts from the experience. I prefer either a small local spot or a full, proper spa—this in-between corporate setup just doesn’t work for me. Recently, they restructured their membership program, significantly devaluing the points we had earned. My husband went from nearly 5 free massages down to just 1. Despite reaching out, corporate hasn’t responded, and the spa staff couldn’t assist because it wasn’t the location where he originally signed up. That was the final straw, and we decided to cancel our membership.”

The front desk and the professional staff are all amazing! I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and i love how much the staff treats me like a VIP. Also Kenzi is my fav for a facial. She is super knowledgeable and has the most comfortable vibe to my chatty upbeat personality. Love you guys, you never disappoint!
