I had a facial today with Taylor and it was incredible. The attention to detail in assessing my skin and its concerns was amazing. She walked me through the whole process and explained every step. My skin looks and feels incredible. Her service was very relaxing, she has a very warm and genuine personality that made me feel very welcomed. I can’t wait for my next facial with her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

William was incredible! Took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment which I really appreciate! Not many massage therapist that I’ve been to take time to talk about their process and what the client is comfortable with. It made the experience so much more relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

Brooke took great care of me today. I needed a massage so bad, but in the past it would hurt so bad I couldn’t stand it. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was ok and focused on the areas that were bothering me most. Most relaxing massage I have ever had.

My massage was just what I needed. Bill is great and listened to what areas I told him needed more attention. My experience was very relaxing and can’t wait for my next one.

I just had my first ever facial with Lindsay! She was fabulous! I was a little nervous about getting a facial since my skin is pretty sensitive but when I left my skin was glowing! I can't wait to go back and see her again. Highly recommend a facial by Lindsay!

I have always appreciated the professionalism and dedication of Hand & Stone’s estheticians. Their sincerity and commitment to their work are evident in their performance. I can confidently say that Grace exemplifies this. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been quite different. It seems they may not fully understand the vital role they play in this business, and unfortunately, any personal biases they may have are quite apparent. As a paying member, I was there for an appointment and noticed that the front desk staff provided warm neck supports to everyone who checked in—except for me. Why? Regardless of how busy you may be, it’s unacceptable to selectively skip steps in your service process, especially when all members pay the same $79.95 per month. What makes it okay to overlook one member? It’s hard not to wonder if this decision was based on something as superficial as appearance or personal bias. If so, it’s important to recognize that every client contributes equally and often tips generously. If you have biases, they have no place in a customer service environment. It’s essential to treat every member with fairness and respect. None of us come here to feel discriminated against or devalued. I certainly don’t expect to feel less than anyone else while paying $79.95 a month for your services.

Andre was fantastic. He tailored the massage to hit all my pain points and was able to relieve an issue that I’ve been dealing with for years. His hands were magical!

Went in for a facial with Taylor and a massage with Vannie. My massage was first and Vannie was amazing! She worked out some knots in my neck and shoulders and when I walked out, I felt like I was floating. Taylor’s facial was sooooooo relaxing! The steam mixed with the products she used made my face feel like a million bucks! Can’t wait until I can do it again!
