She did a great job physically, the massage was nice, but the overall interaction with Kyla left a lot to be desired. I did not request a silent service, and it felt like she only asked what she absolutely had to, even IF that. I didn't feel immersed in the atmosphere or relaxed for a while at all. It felt rushed and like she didn't want to be there. First experience there where I've had an issue.

Catherine was amazing! Best massage I ever had! She asked questions to learn my pain points and what to work on. Her technique was different from others by starting with my feet and then working up to my back and head. I will definitely book with Catherine again and sooner than later.

Update: 3 star to 5 star I was given 2 gift cards (each for a 50-minute massage or signature facial). When I initially called to make an appointment for a massage I was told that I could use both gift cards to schedule a 90 minute massage and was reminded to bring both of the cards in the day of my appointment, which I did. Upon entering Hand and Stone massage, I was greeted by staff and completed the necessary paperwork online. Parker came out at my designated time and greeted me. He asked if there were any areas that I would like him to focus on (upper and lower back and shoulder area). The massage was great, and Parker targeted the areas. At the end when it was time to check out, I was told that only one gift card would cover the massage and I had to pay an additional $40.00 to cover the additional time past the 50 minute mark. I was stunned but paid, I gave Parker a $20.00 cash tip (well deserved). I am not sure if I will return to use the remaining gift card, I felt as if I was deceived. Update: I reached out to Hand and Stone and spoke to Ryan (Manager) he resolved the issue and did so in a professional and respectful manner.

I had a facial with Nikki last week. It was the best one I have ever had! She was very welcoming, friendly and professional. My facial was very relaxing, rejuvenating and cleansing. Nikki pays very close attention to detail for skin types and needs. I would absolutely recommend her services to others! I will be back!

It was my first time at this style of pampering. My attendant Nikki made me feel comfortable immediately! She explained everything prior and during the facial. I was able to relax and get the most of the experience. I didn't feel judged at the end when she recommended products, and I didn't purchase. Products were too pricey for me, (the facial was a gift). Still, I was able to take home advice which will help me with my skin regimen. Thanks Nikki!! I have another gift card, and will request you this time.

Roselin was amazing, i’ve been dealing with some really bad back pain recently. Rose has an amazing technique, i felt brand new straight out of the session. I will certainly be coming back to her, everyone in this facility including Skye at reception were very kind and professional. Definitely recommend

My first time at Hand and Stone and I was purchasing a gift card. Skye was great as she went over all the different packages they offer and I got the special offer for Valentines weekend. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back in the future for gift cards.
