Been a monthly subscriber since 2019 and love getting my massages and facials here (I see Scott for massages and Monica for facials — both fab!). Pleasant receptionists that are always helpful and just a call away. Qualified service providers. Great the location with ample availability and on-site parking. The app is easy to use for pre-scheduling and checking in day of.

I enjoyed my time here and they were very kind. The location was easy to find and my provider was good. I didn't like that they charged me a fee to use my credit card. That was not in paperwork when I scheduled. Their rooms were very small and there was not enough room for my wheelchair. There was also no automatic door opener.

I was excited to be treated to a birthday massage. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. When I arrived they had no recorded of the hour long appointment that had been booked the day before. A therapist came in to do the massage 20 mins after it was to start so I only received a 30 minute massage. When asked not to charge me for an hour I didn’t receive, there had to be manager approval. There should have been more to accommodate me as well as given a more of a discount or complimentary massage since it was not a full appointment time.

Honestly, a really nice place kind staff With a very luxurious feeling when you come in. I was a little disappointed that I left my appointment with swelling all over Half of my face and the only compensation I was provided was anti-itch cream, but then was asked if I wanted to join the loyalty program. More of a read the room kind of situation, like don’t ask me that.

Customer service was great! The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and friendly hello. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the services offered. My massage therapist was a male. It was my first time allowing an opposite sex massage therapist to do a 90min hot stone massage. He did a phenomenal job!! I felt comfortable and truly appreciate his ability to create a welcoming and restful environment! Awesome job, Jeb!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽😊

I’ve been coming this location over years! Front desk ladies are always nice and helpful. They’re very helpful. I went to other location in Raleigh. But durham location is hands down best!! And my favorite massage therapist is Sean. He’s so good at it and very professional level!
I tried so many different massage therapist before I found my person “Sean”. Again.. thank you so much for providing me a good service! Hands down guys!

I’ve gotten a massage here and it was nice. I’d go again but everytime i call they never answer and they don’t return voicemails either. I try to book online but it tries to charge me even tho i have a membership. Would be 5 stars if they answered their phone

I have been a member since August, and I can say it has been the best investment I’ve made all year! The women at the front desk are so delightful and helpful. I usually rotate between a massage or facial every month, or sometimes both if I have time, and I can truly say that pampering myself has changed the quality of my life. As a new member, I started out rotating between massage therapist and aestheticians to find my regular, and even though everyone seems to have their own personal style, I have never been disappointed. If you are considering getting a service or membership, RUN, DONT WALK!
