Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

50 min Swedish Massage- I got to my 10 am appointment at 9:50, and was taken back at 10:10. The reception staff was warm and welcoming. The desk displayed many lists of services, items for sale, and suggested tip amount, but the desk area looked a bit too cluttered and chaotic in my opinion, and didn’t mesh with the rest of the waiting room area which was simple, calm, and beautifully decorated. I have received many massages in my life, but this was hands down the most relaxing. Jerrylyn was outstanding. She was very professional and ensured I remained relaxed. The room was comfortable and quiet. The use of hot towels was a welcomed surprise that I have never received during a Swedish massage. I would have given a 4 star review if it wasn’t for a few things: 1) My husband purchases a gift card for me and gave them my information to update my account. He mentioned my allergies at this time. I again brought up my allergies when I called to make an appointment, and at my appointment the receptionist again confirmed my allergies. After I was on the massage table and the massage began over the blanket, the therapist asked me about my allergies and had to leave the room to get the proper oil. I wish after 3 times of making my allergies known, the oil we decided to use was already in the room for my appointment. The therapist having to leave the room disrupted the flow. 2) This company clearly puts pressure on their reception staff to sell membership packages. They were very professional about it and not pushy, but it was quite annoying to be asked multiple tinpot sign up for the membership. I didn’t want to stand there for 5 minutes hearing a long speech about their membership package after my massage when I was relaxed and wanting to go home. I do wish they suggested or asked me about add on services prior to my massage, instead of telling me about them after the fact. 3) The cost of a 50 minute Swedish massage was about $150. This price was much higher than most places. I didn’t feel the massage was anything extra special that warranted such a high price. Despite a couple things I wasn’t thrilled about, if I find myself with $150 to spare I would absolutely go back and book another appointment with Jerrylyn. If the review was based on her alone, easily 5 stars.

I always have a good experience at this location. The staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. My massage therapist Antonio is the best. His regular massages are deep tissue. If you can’t handle it don’t ask for it!! Ha ha. I breathe right through it. I’ll keep going to Antonio indefinitely.

I had a great experience with Natalie. She was able to address my problem areas. The table was heated perfectly, along with the lighting. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

I’ve been a regular at Hainesport Hand and Stone for years. I love the atmosphere, and the business is always seasonally decorated- which is fun to see. I recently started seeing a new therapist (as my previous one moved away) and Kevin has been amazing! He’s very professional and kind. I’m someone with a lot of aches and pains, and he listens to (and remembers!) my needs, and builds upon each session. I’m totally impressed by his skill and knowledge and look forward to my monthly sessions knowing they will help provide relief.

Kevin is amazing! He is definitely a healer and is skilled at understanding the structural dynamics of the body. He also has a very calming and kind presence. I always feel so much better after seeing him. Looking forward to booking my next massage!

I've always had a good experience at this H&S location. I have found the perfect masseuse for my needs in Kevin. A most caring man with a natural talent. Combine those qualities with the softest warm hands that know just where my aches and pains are hiding and I leave refreshed and relaxed.

natalie was great. she listened to my problem areas & was sure to spend extra time focusing on them. she seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing & asked if i felt any better & gave some tips to keep myself feeling better. she also made sure she checked on how the pressure was feeling & if it needed to be adjusted at all.

Cheri is excelente ! Her massage does very well for me. I feel blessed to have find a masseuse that works hard in the level that I need. She puts pressure to release the knots that cause me pain and I leave her room feeling brand new. I am blessed to had find such a nice person who does such a great job.
