Mel and Emma are wonderful at the front desk!! The massage therapists are skillful. I have had such positive experiences with my massages there but, I am not telling you who I see for fear of them being overbooked! I would highly recommend this location and that everyone who works there receive a raise for their excellent customer service!

I recently visited Hand & Stone for a facial, and I can confidently say it was one of the best facials I’ve had! The lady who did my facial, Lori Ann, was so sweet and does a great job getting all of the gunk out of my pores. I highly recommend her services and I will definitely come back again to get a facial!

I have been a customer for a couple years now, and routinely have a massage monthly. I have found them therapeutic, helping to relieve some stress and some of my chronic pain. I have been a client of Erin, who is a fantastic masseuse. She provides great service, is incredibly professional, and is willing to explain what she’s doing or why a particular technique should I ask. I have had other therapists, but Erin is the best. I have always felt safe and comfortable in a clean environment. The desk staff has always been polite and supportive. Great place!

I never thought I would sign up for a subscription, just on an as-needed basis. HOWEVER, I am soooo happy I did. I come here now to have alternating facials and massages every month as a treat to myself. It was more cost effective to have a membership. The staff here is knowledgeable and also so friendly. I always feel amazing whenever I leave here. The compliments I get on my skin now are a bonus!

Erin’s massages are wonderful. She has just the right touch for a 72 year old woman who still wants deep tissue massages, but needs a little lighter touch. She also listens well and responds to any sensitive areas. I love coming to my happy place.
