I’ve been a loyal customer at Hand & Stone - Clifton for years, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming and inviting. The staff is always professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in ensuring you have a great experience. The massages are top-notch, tailored to my needs every time, and the estheticians are equally amazing. Their membership program is also a fantastic value, allowing me to make self-care a regular part of my routine. I usually don’t leave reviews but this visit to the Clifton office definitely deserves it. Let me start by saying WOW from the moment I arrived I was greeted by Bianca. She was polite, kind and professional. She offered me a beverage while I waited and made me feel extremely welcomed. When I entered for my massage and facial it was absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed and both the employees were so attentive. If you’re looking for a great experience I highly recommend hands and stones in Clifton.

Absolutely 💯 Amazing Spa Experience! The entire staff from the front desk to the esthetician and massage therapist are top notch. They're very accommodating, friendly and professional in all that they do. You'll feel like a new person when you're finish with the service received. Ya gotta check them out!

Sha is the best masseuse I've encountered. He is very professional and great at what he does. The girls in the front today were phenomenal. I've been to other locations like Denivlle, and the receptionist in Clifton were top notch!!

I love this location! The front desk staff is super friendly and they give great recommendations for therapists. Jared gives the absolute best facials. He takes the time to really get to know your skin. The diamond treatment leaves my face glowing for a week. Love, love, love!

This was my first time at the hand and stone clifton location and I have to say the service was great. The front desk staff was super nice and the massage therapist Maria was amazing. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would 100% recommend and come back again.

Overall, Hand and Stone is an extremely welcoming and comfortable facility that helps you relax from the everyday stresses of your life. Everyone on staff is very nice. I’ve had 2 sessions with Avraham now and he’s been extremely knowledgeable about every massage that Hand and Stone has to offer. He’s been very receptive to what I’ve been looking for in my massages and I look forward to going back!

I used to enjoy Hand & Stone…I pay a $85 monthly fee for the past 3 years and as a busy professional I cannot go every month. Previously I used to be able to transfer/gift the packages I accrued to family and friends but I recently inquired about transferring a package at this location and wasn’t allowed to because I already transferred 3 this year. Mind you I have 13 packages but I’m unable to gift them because I already gifted 3. I wasn’t informed of this policy and in the past it was never an issue at any location I been too. I spoke to a manager at this location and she was very condescending and told me in September they just started enforcing this policy. This is my money I’m spending every month. I should be able to do whatever I want to do with it. They already charge a $10 transfer fee…so why can’t I transfer/gift my OWN packages that I PAY for? If I was informed back when I transferred earlier in the year by this location I may have thought twice about doing so. It is a terrible policy and while I enjoy the services, I don’t enjoy being told what to do with my own money especially when I’m paying close to $100/month. Hand and Stone needs to do better and I will be emailing corporate. If you are interested in doing a monthly membership beware of this policy. I would’ve thought twice when I signed up 3 years ago.
