I drive a little farther away than I would normally drive because I am really happy with the services here. Christian is so awesome for massages. He can explain what is going on with my pain, and suggests exercises and treatments to continue the healing after the massage. The ladies in the front are ready to check me in and out and are very friendly. The spa is clean and I enjoy going there.

Had a wonderful facial with Ashley during my first visit to Hand and Stone. It made me realize that I owed it to myself to practice self care so I signed up for a membership. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and the facility is spotless!

My massage experience was not the best as I asked for a deep tissue massage and my therapist talked the entire time, but my facial was absolutely phenomenal! My skin has been glowing and beautiful for the last 2 weeks and I could not be happier! The spa is clean, and the staff are nice. They use great products and make everything very customizable. I recommend the facials for sure!

Came in for a facial to deal with my acne today and had Kylee as my esthetician. She was very kind and gentle, I’ve had extractions before and usually they are quite intense but whatever she did made it super easy this time! Her explanations of everything were easy to understand and you can tell she’s very knowledgeable. My favorite part was definitely the shoulder massage she had great pressure. Looking forward to booking with her again, thank you!

The staff and service were always great, but be aware the membership is not as advertised. When I signed up I was told “you can cancel anytime no problem, there’s no contract.” When I went to cancel I was told I’d still be billed for another month, I explained to the person on the phone (assume it was the manager) that I was told I could cancel anytime but she interrupted me, and said that’s not actually true I have to be billed another month. I politely advised they should be more transparent with customers when signing up and I couldn’t finish my sentence because I was interrupted, again, by her -“yeah we’ll work on that but this is the policy”. I said “okay” then she literally hung up on me lol what a joke. Super disappointing because the staff (both front and back of house) couldn’t be nicer I just didn’t need the membership anymore — but boy was that manager unprofessional and rude.

Incredible Experience at Hand & Stone Summerlin – Ask for Michael! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hand & Stone Massage in Summerlin, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at ease right away. But the real highlight of my visit was Michael, my masseur—he is phenomenal! His technique was perfect, applying the right amount of pressure to relieve tension while still making the experience incredibly relaxing. He was attentive, professional, and truly has a gift for what he does. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage, Michael is the one to book! I will absolutely be returning and recommending Hand & Stone Summerlin to everyone I know. Five stars all the way!

My massage therapist Suzanne was just amazing!! I am 80 years old and have had hundreds and hundreds of massages over these many years as have significant back, neck and leg injuries and issues and get massages for relief and not relaxation. I can definitely say Suzanne was such an incredible therapist with great experience and knowledge of the human body that I received the most amazing relief!!!!!! So if you are looking for help & relief I suggest that you request Suzanne at Hand & Stone in Summerlin and guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!
