Was left quite dissatisfied. I don’t like leaving poor reviews because I know people have bad days. But today I feel triggered after I continue to receive marketing emails after unsubscribing. As far as the massage? My MT arrived later than my scheduled appointment in the good old hot mess fashion. She took a longer than typical time to re-enter the room once I was ready and the massage itself was less than mediocre. I’ve never had a MT end with not on one side before, that was new. I guess the missed time in the beginning apparently means nothing either when the stop time is on point. And let’s not forget how overpriced they are. I’m all about second chances but just not here. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a massage, find a private practice.

I had an amazing experience today with a 1-hour massage with Megan and 1 hour facial with Shannon. They were absolutely wonderful with making sure that I was comfortable and getting the services that were best for me. This was my first massage and facial in a very long and I was a little nervous going in. They walked me through the whole process and I left their feeling like a million dollars. I absolutely recommend them. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I brought my 83-year-old grandmother for a facial and she had the most wonderful experience. She has never had a facial before, and she would not stop talking about it the whole way home! I'm so grateful to the whole staff for being so incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and professional - they really made this special for us. I had also booked massages for myself & for my mother, and at first I was a little anxious about going off to get my massage and leaving my grandmother, but Kanita (sorry if I spelled her name wrong!) assured me that they would take very good care of her, and even offered to check in with her throughout the session, to make sure everything was going okay. I was able to relax and enjoy my massage, and my mother was also very happy with hers - she said she felt like she was floating afterward 😄 Thank you for taking such great care of my family!

I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone in February. I was welcome by the person at the desk and felt very relaxed right away. My massage therapist was Meghan and she was amazing. She listened to my concerns and focused on what I needed. I felt so much better when my hour was done. Can’t wait to go back!

Do not sign up for a membership with hand and stone. I attempted to cancel my membership for months after moving and was told three times it would be cancelled, however they continued to charge my card. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager but was never called back. I attempted to call the main number for the company and never heard back. I eventually had to tell my card company to stop authorizing charges. Hand and stone did not allow me to use the money they had charged over the three months since I had moved towards services. Services were mediocre and they’re directed to upsell you during your services.

Kyle's massage was wonderful. he got all the kinks out of my shoulders and neck.headache gone my facial was amazing. so relaxing and my skin felt great.
