I had never gotten a massage before, but today was the day I decided to treat myself. Walking in, I was a little nervous, but the wonderful ladies at the front desk were so kind and comforting. They answered all my questions right away and never made me feel silly. They paired me with Julie, who is an absolutely phenomenal masseuse! She took her time, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and explained what to expect during the massage. Her care and professionalism made the entire experience so relaxing. If you’re looking for an amazing place to get a massage, I highly recommend this location. Be sure to ask for Julie—she’s incredible! I’m already looking forward to coming back in a couple of weeks for a couples massage with my husband. The staff is wonderful, the facility is spotless, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Wish I couldn’t even post one star. Defiantly reporting to BBB. The front desk is TERRIBLE! How they handle things very rude, highway robbery! They do not care about relieving stress they just want to add it! $130 down the drain. I got a gift certificate for my husband, the front desk wrote down his number incorrectly than blamed him for it, there massage therapist canceled the day of they did nothing to make it right, as a former business owner this is very disappointing this company is only after stealing your money.

Employee training seems to be lacking. For many years we’ve called in (from out’ve state) to put credits on our mom’s account as birthday/Mother’s Day gifts. Today I attempted to do just that but after multiple times explaining that I would like to pay for a massage credit to be put on my mom’s account, the employee working replied that they didn’t understand what I was asking. Either a byproduct of a brand new employee or poor training…really a shame since this has become a traditional gift we enjoyed giving.

My first time going was just the end of April. I went for a $69.95 special. I had an just an amazing experience! I signed up for the membership it was so good! $69.95/ month. I had my second massage yesterday 27 May. I just want to say that they are incredibly nice, they take care of all of your needs, the massage therapists make you feel at ease, and the atmosphere with the music and the aroma are VERY relaxing. If you have a special area that needs to be worked on they will do that, and they are very knowledgeable! My massage therapist Stephania is just excellent! She could see the spots on my back yesterday that were tender without me even telling her. So she worked on my areas of concern for a full hour. I feel amazing again today. I’ve had two wonderful experiences at Hand & Stone so I feel comfortable making this review and I look forward to many more visits!!

I received a gift certificate as a gift and was so excited! I upgraded to a 90 minute massage as a treat. Bad choice. I've had many massages before just for reference. This one was closest to the worst. It was quite monotonous and not relieving at all. I did not state my dislike at checkout. I still tipped accordingly. But, I won't be going back.

Had a deep tissue massage from Frankie and I highly recommend going to him for a good quality deep tissue. Very clean and relaxing place as well. Will definitely be returning

My wife and I have been going here for years. The massages are great and the massage therapists are great. The front desk is another matter. I requested cancellation for the membership (financial reasons) as detailed in the membership agreement and it said nothing about having to sign a paper or anything like that (I checked). I tried to explain this and did so again when I went in but the receptionist simply threatened me with not canceling if I didn't sign. And I do mean threaten because she raised her voice. And stated it was corporate policy and that my membership would not be canceled unless I signed. I played it off to de-escalate the situation and signed because what choice did I have? Expect rudeness at some point from the front desk if going here. I'm glad i'm not anymore. I might have considered going back but not now, and I'm considering trying to convince my wife to quit her membership too.
