This location is by far the BEST location I have ever been to. The two ladies at the front desk tonight were incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. Just, next level, top tier customer service. My massage, done by the amazing John, was completely out of this world. You can feel his passion for what he does by how he massages. The level of detail he puts into an hour massage is well thought out and caters to your exact needs. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had at a spa. This location is clean, professional and friendly, a dying art in this industry. Well done Rochester Hand and Stone! I will recommend everyone I know to go here.

I have been a member of Hand and Stone for over 7 years, starting in Illinois. I have been to their locations all over the US and this is the best location that I have found. My therapist is Rashawnda, and she is amazing. After a session with her I am much more flexible and feel great.

I got the introductory massage and facial. The atmosphere is lovely and everyone is very friendly. Both of my services were impeccable, the practitioners were very responsive and made sure i was comfortable throughout.. I walked out of there feeling absolutely rejuvenated. When I checked out, they don't hard sell booking another appointment, which I truly appreciate. Who wants to think right after a massage? I will definitely be going back

Absolutely calming and most amazing environment ever. Front desk super nice and gets my appointment in within 2 seconds and never gives me a hard time. The most soothing messages and facials ever. 10/10 recommend this location mainly bc of the staff’s attitude.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Today I visited this hand and stone Location in Rochester as a part of a bachelorette party. We went for facials and massages, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. After the facial, I was left waiting in a cold room with a robe on for over 30 minutes with no update or communication because, I was later told, the massage therapist was not there and running late for work. When the massage therapist finally arrived, she seemed rushed and tense, likely due to being so late. As a result, the massage felt hurried and lacked the relaxation I was hoping for. Overall, the experience was disappointing and didn’t reflect the level of care or professionalism I expected. I would NOT recommend Hand and Stone.

Had my massage today and I could say that of all the times I visited this branch, I had the best Aromatheraphy ( Eucalyptus ) massage today. My therapist was great, she listened to my request as to which areas that need more attention. She have the right medium pressure and politely asked if it was alright. She also did a very thorough massage on my arms and hands which was surprising since not many therapists focused on arms and hands too well.

I had a great time at Hand and Stone. It was my first time getting a massage and I was super nervous. However, my massage therapist, John, was amazing and truly made it an amazing experience! I would highly recommend even if it’s your first time!
