Tracy Flowers is extremely unprofessional and avoids all confrontation when addressing issues at her spas. I had a massage booked and her MT called out. My services expire soon and I had every intention of using them up until my appointment was scheduled. I asked for an additional week to use my credit and she is refusing to speak with me. I was not given the full 90 days to use my credits I was given 60 instead. I do not recommend going to this location or the Hand and Stone Ferndale location.

I booked massages for a friend and I to relax and unwind. This place did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by kind receptionists and my massage therapist was amazing. I had Sean and he was very attentive to areas that were tight, extremely professional and gave me pointers for stretching to help with upper back knots. Very knowledgeable. Best massage I have received in a long time (and I go often). I will be back for sure!

I am a full time CNA, phlebotomist and a Medical Assistant so I stay busy I also have two young kids I came in requested for any male thinking he would get in all my back tissues and shoulders where all my tension was at and my god did he pull through for me especially on my birthday (Scorpio 🦂♏️) as well. I got “Jeremiah” (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) but your hands are absolutely amazing I didn’t have to say much and you knew exactly what I needed for my hour massage thank you for making my body and day so relaxed I definitely will be coming back and requesting you again 😀 I also have to add it smelled absolutely amazing the environment was beautiful calming and the ladies up front were beautiful and super friendly loved that 💜
