First of all, wanted to say I had an incredible massage! Received it as a gift for Christmas. That being said, it was a gift and I was not expecting the experience I had upon checking out. I was pushed and pushed to sign up for their membership, questioned as to why I didn’t want to, what was stopping me. Even when I said I wasn’t interested multiple times the receptionist did not seem to get the memo and kept pushing. Honestly, the membership seems like a great deal and I might have even considered it if I was just given the info to look at and think on like I originally asked but unfortunately after this experience I will not be back. Please consider re-thinking your sales pitching. I understand that your business and commission probably thrives on people signing up for memberships, but it sort of took away from the relaxed feeling I had post-massage.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome—it’s like stepping into pure relaxation. The massage therapists here are truly incredible; they know exactly how to melt away every bit of stress and tension. I had the most amazing experience with a Hot Stone Massage, and let me tell you, it was next-level relaxation. The warmth of the stones combined with the therapist’s skilled techniques worked out every bit of tightness in my muscles. If you’re looking for something even more rejuvenating, their Himalayan Salt Stone Massage is a game-changer—perfect for deep relaxation and detoxification. And if you’re in need of serious tension relief, the Deep Tissue Massage is the way to go! Honestly, I left feeling like a brand-new person. If you’re looking for the ultimate self-care experience, I highly, highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!

Wanted to leave a glowing review for Noemi, she does a fantastic job with full body massage. She is exceptionally sensitive to what my aching and hard-working bod needs, even after very physical days working. She regularly checks how things are feeling, adjusts almost like she is feeling the exact things I do, and works around any injuries. I really appreciate her style, hope you will also!

My masseuse was fantastic; however, the receptionist went a little too hard with the sales pitch stuff afterwards. I was asked at least 3-4 times about scheduling my next appointment. I was asked no less than 6 times about buying a membership . The incessant pushing crossed a line for me and did not make me feel heard or valued as a customer. It also made me not ever want to come back. Everybody was super nice and just doing their job, but there needed to be a little more discernment applied because the pushiness really undid any benefit that I may have derived from my massage.

Amazing experience!! I don’t typically come to spas but I am very excited to return. Anna did a great job on my massage and Jordan made my skin glow! The front desk was very polite and attentive. I saw a bad review which compelled me to speak about how wonderful my experience was. Hand and Stone is nothing but respectful with the most recalling atmosphere. 100/10 recommend.

I travel around the world, and this is by far the best spa experience that I have had. On par with the best of the best in Milan,, PARIS, Dubai, Rome, & London. The staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The services that I experienced were 5 Star. So happy to have found this gem of a spa. Who would have thought such an outstanding place would be right here in Peoria!!!? Thank you, thank you thank you!!!

Kimberly was very good and communicated with me on my needs. Front desk was great and very welcoming . Check out was a different story...received to much pressure to join the membership (from a sales person) had to say multiple times no...and still pressured. I won't be back.
