Went to hear a few days ago with my wife to wind down after a wonderful trip to Ireland. The person at the desk, Jmya I believe, was on top of our every need and was very kind. The couple massage we got was great, I believe their names were Sean and Solomon. Ended up buying a couple of gift cards, which I have already given away to my companies employees for their awesome work! Overall, I'm definitely going to come here again!!

Had a gift certificate and tried it out and was not disappointed. The front staff, who I believe are also estheticians were amazing and super kind. She was training as well and seemed like she knew what she was doing while still being kind. Had David, and would most certainly go back. My body definitely felt a difference after the massage.

My experience at this location, I would never return first time for massage. I filled out and booked online. I was asked if I wanted a quiet session. I told them I didn’t want my feet done. Everything I asked was opposite my massage. Therapist talk through the whole session it wasn’t a great experience. Today was my birthday so I was excited about it never again. My massage wasn’t the best

First time customer. Walked into Ferndale location and immediately noticed a light clean smell throughout the welcome area. Also witnessed Cintas changing out floor mats, etc. which gave me nice feeling of even more cleanliness. I was welcomed with friendly smiles. It was an easy transition getting entered for my appointment since I entered my info from the email that was provided to me when I made the appointment. Izzy was wonderful and very professional. I was even provided a glass of water after my massage. Another first for me, I got a facial and this was done by Victoria. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it. Felt very welcome here at this location! Would definitely book again.

The lobby was clean, and the secretaries were professional, though they seemed a bit unfamiliar with the protocol—likely new. We were asked to fill out some paperwork, which we completed quickly, but then had to sit around for another five minutes before being sent back. Once in the room, the masseuse informed us that our massage time would be cut short because of the time we spent in the lobby, which was frustrating since it wasn’t our delay. This created a bad start to the experience. During the massage, I had an unpleasant experience. While lying on my stomach, the masseuse used a technique for my lower back that involved leaning forward and putting her body weight on my head to reach. She would then push herself back up using one hand. This felt sloppy and uncomfortable, with my face, neck, and shoulders being shoved down under her weight. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

TJ (Tony) is incredible! I’ve been to this location many times and have never had a bad experience, but TJ is one of the best. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed while ensuring a quiet, peaceful session.
