I have been a member for about 1 year and Hand and Stone Troy has never failed and honesty the entire staff is amazing. From the check-in and check-out staff, massage therapist, and all the estheticians are super friendly and knowledgeable. The facials and massages are amazing and I don't even request a particular person for treatment as they have all been great!! Another plus is it's a super clean location. I haven't had anything to complain about a year in so that is pretty impressive.

First time at this location (former LaVida member) I’ve found my place! Clean, quiet with very friendly and helpful people at front desk. Keith was amazing! Listened to me about things that were bothering me and made very helpful suggestions for relief at home. Loved the stretches at the end.

This was my first time here. The atmosphere was very inviting. I was given a gift certificate as a gift for a full body massage. I thought a full body included your feet. The massage therapist never touched my feet they were clean and did not stink. I also asked for my left knee to get extra attention because it was hurting, he massage my knee while it was still under the sheet, he did not removed the sheet to massage my knee. He massaged my knee through the sheet.

Tried my introductory session, of body massage just loved it. I was analyzed well on my body soreness and to my surprise my body knots were well identified and those stress points were given prominence to ease out. Every movement on those muscle sore areas, I felt the ease with every stroke of massage. Tried with Angelica and she was great with the kind of pressure and thats all i needed to feel relaxed.

Booked online earlier in the week for a deep tissue massage which is an up charge. Arrive early, despite that I am the last to be picked up from the lobby by Kay who seemed unable to figure out how to use a tablet to know what to expect for her appointments. We go back to the room and she asks me what I’m looking for first thing I say is deep tissue which should have already been known from my booking. She informs me she’s unable to do that. There are no more availabilities until this evening which I don’t have availability for. The manager was not in the store yet at 10am. I’m expecting a call to see what can be done to make this situation right. To say I am disappointed by this experience is an understatement. They have an extensive booking tool that seems to not be followed up with on the backend. Beware of booking if you do not have a specific therapist picked out. Update: Rescheduled for the next day with a discount. One star added. Came back the next day and Mike was prompt and prepared for me. Great massage, added more stores since they made it right.

Kathy was amazing. My face feels soft and hydrated after my facial. DAQwan is a phenomenal massage therapist. Healways manages the perfect pressure and reliefs me of my stress in my back.

I have a particular massage therapist that is excellent! He was booked the day of my last visit. Unfortunately, my experience was horrid. Additionally, there is no place on the website or app to provide any feedback. It's disappointing that member feedback isn't valued.

Worst service ever!! I booked 4 appointments 1 month ago for my family that was coming out of town only to find out the DAY OF two were canceled. They claimed phone calls and voicemails were left, but neither of my family members received any calls. Incredibly disappointed with their lack of professionalism and care in this regard. Not only will my family never book with them again but I’m cancelling my membership immediately. Too bad! So much for a corporate experience …
